The Economic Minister,Marie-Lau Charboinairr for economics is her 3 reforms. Here they are
Reform 1. Industrialisation. This reform effectively aims to fully indutsrialise Montagnes Gloriuses by Buidling Factories in The More desolate Southern region, across the emerald strait. This aims to: Set up an industrial zone in south Resadia and starting more mining operations to dig in to the natural wealth of the region, like Copper, Uranium,Coal and Iron, all of which will speed up industrialisation in this poorest region of Montagnes.
Reform 2.Union Rights and Worker Syndicates. This reform brings Union rights and Worker syndicates. Unions may Strike if their wages are lower than 45 Franc's per hour. Exceptions are made for Internships,and if said Union has endorsed Criminal Activities. Union's must strike peacefullly. If they are violently put down, then they should allow Police and the Gov. to ensure justice is paid out. If a union endorses or does Criminal Activities, then their Leaders may be arrested, and Union rights stripped, or The union may be forced to disband and it's leaders and members will not be allowed to join or form unions for a certian number of time, as the court sees fit for said crime. Worker Syndicates will be established in all provinces, with special emphasis on South Resadia, and the Capital District of Edéréi. These Syndicates will be tasked to Search Factories and ensure that said Factories are Up to standard, and that unions are not engaged in illegal activities. They will also be given the right to begin negotiations and lay out terms for a agreement between Unions and Corporations or other entities.This will ensure that Factories are not dodging the law.
Reform 3.Reparation and Construction. In South Resadia, There is little Infrastructure, and where there is, it is usually broken.We will Assign 3k Engineering Teams , as wel as give tax cuts to private companies whi help with this, to Lay down 100 Kilometers of Railroad track, and bring in 350 Rail Cars, As well as Build 25 More roads, Set up Electricity Generators, and Provide electricity for people. For Reparation, We shall Repair 3 Kilometers of Railroad, 13 Roads, Fix 7 Electricity generators and Fix the Only Electricity grid in the Regional Capital. [color]
