The newly elected President Asani has announced his next step economic reforms for Tumaini.  After the construction of ports on Mji Wa Tumaini, along with the construction of the Tumaini International Airport, Asani has announced that all corporate taxes for foreign corporations will be eliminated, in order to encourage companies to open manufacturing plants in Tumaini. In addition, Asani has announced education reform, with plans on providing K-12 public education in Mji Wa Tumaini.

Courtesy of the contributions from the Global Childbirth Intiative, the Kingdom of Loistava, Arstotzka, and Alexander Novorog, President Asani announced that the Tumaini government now has the funds to begin the construction of public schools for all the districts of Tumaini, as well as beginning improvements to the Central Tumaini Hospital. President Asani has also announced that he plans on starting construction of public hospitals in the rest of the districts once the government receives enough funds.

In further news, the Chanal Trade Company and Keshte Corporation, two corporations from Ahkabnil, have announced efforts to improve and expand the infrastructure of Tumaini and its ports.

Badru Corp., a local construction company, has announced the creation of multiple high end penthouses, one located in the heart of Tumaini and one located near its beaches. Solomon Badru, head of Badru Corp., said in the press release that Badru Corp.'s target market was upper class high ranking employees and visitors from foreign countries.

In other news, construction continues on hospitals and schools in the northwest and sputheast districts of Tumaini. President Asani has announced that he will unveil his public healthcare system after the public hospitals have finished construction, as well as plans to increase the value of the Tumaini dollar via contractionary monetary policy.
