Darek is a socialism de iure when de facto is a socialism state tribal-based system. The only one who has the money for a newspaper is the gov. of Nova Elpídia, the capital province. So, they are the only media in the whole country. The 5 coastal provinces have access to it, but in the still unhabited and landlocked province hasn't access to this media. The logistics of the country are really bad, so the distribution to this remote and low-inhabited region is null.
