As you may be aware Rosa Shipyards was recently forced to terminate a contract with the Republic of Heyra following the fallout of the diplomatic differences between the First Empire and the Republic. Having a project in hand, with some of the vessels destined for service in the Imperial Rokkenjiman Navy, it has been decided that Rosa Shipyards will reach out to establish an allied partner for the remainder of the vessels which would have been destined for service in the Republic's naval forces. As this project remains in an early enough stage we feel that it would be possible for Rosa to work with the Tytorian Royal Navy in tailoring these vessels to suite your needs and specifications.
Should this project, which we are moving forward under the name Project Ryūjō (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya-class_destroyer), be of interest to the Tytorian Royal Navy I would be interested in working out the terms of a deal while receiving specifications which the TRN would wish to be included in the vessels.
