Weinuan Defensive Fabrication (WDF) is a military-inclined company that produces high-quality defensive packages for military customers, including everything from countermeasures to composite and reactive armor. Most are reserved for members of SANE; however, there are some packages available for purchase by other customers.

Only partially controlled by the Imperial Private Industry Office, the company is mostly independent. However, due to the nature of Imperial Law, they must still abide by certain laws from the Imperial Throne and Electorate. WDF Central Headquarters is located in Blut-Himmel Stadt, near its major production centers.

The company began in 1961, after Wernher Weinuan, a civilian-military architect, became involved in the special armor division of the Imperial military. He went on to found his own company following a Commercial License Comission by the Imperial Armed Forces to create new armor kits for the SICRNA and SICRMG. The Imperial military has since then purchased order after order to increase the survivability of its military vehicles.

The company does will currently sell to any nation that is willing to pay, though they must not be at war or embargoed by SANE. The current CEO is Jing Weinuan.

Name of Package or Kit	Bulwark-EX Mk. XII Plates on sides are the Bulwark-EX Mk. XII
Capability	Explosive-Reactive Armor that consists of sandwiched explosive bricks that is designed to force armor plates towards the penetrating munition, as to force it to pierce through more armor and greatly dissipate its capability to pierce a target. Usually placed on tanks. WDF can provide refits to older tanks.
Cost	$370,000 per unit package/kit
Other Information	Developed in 1989, the Mk. XII evolved out of a continuous stream of prototypes and underfunded projects. When it eventually saw completion, it garnered great interest amongst the military, who began arming the few tanks in the SICRNA with them. Now being gradually replaced by the Mark XIII, it is available for use in military application. A non explosive version, the Bulwark-FL Mk.III, is also available for purchase for civilian applications, such as presidential vehicles, using flexible material underneath in place of explosive. Both are available to all military customers from sovereign nations.

Capability	An newer version of the Bulwark-EX Mk. XIII which is more resistant to modern anti-tank devices, including a wider variety of missiles and reduces the effectiveness of APFSDS rounds and anti-tank guided missiles by 50% and doubles protection against regular shaped charges.
Cost	$400,000 per unit/package kit
Other Information	Developed in 2005 as an upgraded version of the Mk. XII in cooperation with the Tenth Stronghold-Armory after the 2000 National Modern Defence Bill was passed by the Electorate. Funding was partially provided and endorsed by the Self-Defense Party. Available to only customers certified by SANE.

Capability	Powered by an onboard generator, it broadcasts a 2x-3x boosted copy of a hostile torpedos ping frequency to deceive torpedos away from the warship towing it.
Cost	$40,000 per unit
Other Information	Developed for the SICRDN in 1989, it was meant to provide an upgrade for countermeasures against torpedos. Available to military customers from sovereign nations.

Name of Package or Kit	LongswordSentry Mk.II
Capability	The LongswordSentry Mk.II is a two-stage supersonic SAM designed to be resistant to jamming extremely portable and versatile, able to function with various types of equipment from even aged variants. The missile is able to change course mid-air and has a range of 10 km. The 12 missiles can be radio or laser-guided and are arranged in two six-cell banks.
Cost	Price $45,000 per unit, $12,000 per munition
Other Information	Developed in cooperation with Matteus Areospace Defense Company for military use. Available to military customers from sovereign nations.

The Unified Ground Forces of New Derusmia has expressed interest in purchasing your Long Sword Sentry Mark 2 Product.

We would like to negotiate a plan to make two seperate orders, one within the next few days, and one early next year.

For our first order, we would like to purchase 250 Long Sword Sentry Mark 2 systems, with both units and ammunition. We shall test and use these units as time goes by, and when ready and approved by the military, we will begin a second order of 500 Long Sword Sentry Mark 2 Systems.

Due to financial constraints, we will not be able to make a large upfront payment. Instead, we will be gradually paying for the order as time goes by.

We are delighted to hear such news and understand your financial situation. As such, we will produce the requested 500 units of LongswordSentry Mk.II in batches of 250, each taking a total of two months to finish fabrication at our assembly plants. As part of the SICR Defensive Reserve, however, we can transfer the 500 launch platforms you have requested immediately by train through Quintelia, though the ammunition will have to wait.

We are happy to accept an initial payment for this first order, or at least 50% if otherwise unable, with the rest of the expected payment due mid-next year, and the rest of the payment (if the rest of the order is confirmed) due by 2021.

Name of Package or Kit	Broken Star Mark I Adv.
Capability	The most advanced SAM available to the SICR, with the ability to intercept both aircraft and missiles at 40 km, at an altitude of 20km, at Mach 2.6, (Mk. I SR) and 120 km, at an altitude of 40 km, at Mach 2.9 (Mk. I SRE, Mk. II SRE) guided by active radar homing systems and with anti-stealth capabilities. Arranged in two two-tube banks, vehicle portable.
Cost	$3 million per complete unit, with support companies and 120 missiles w/ 4 launching tubes, 9 units. Munitions are selectable by customer.
Other Information	Developed first in 2016, and completed only in early 2019 with cooperation from Matteus Aerospace Defense Company, only available to SANE-certified customers. Currently, only the Mark I SR, Mk. I SRE, and Mk. II SRE missiles( RL: 9M96E, 9M96, 9M96E2) are available for purchase.

Name of Package or Kit	Bulwark-CLAT III
Capability	Designed for the SICRNA's need for a cheaper countermeasure against light anti-tank weaponry, proven by the Sinsic Independence wars of 1927-1949, the Bulwark-Counter-Light Anti-Tank III was adopted for widespread use by the SICRNA as an additional defense to the standard reactive armor. As a hard-kill active protection system, it uses doppler radar and fires a shotgun-like projectile to destroy incoming projectiles within 50 meters of the vehicle.
Cost	$300,000 per unit
Other Information	Developed in cooperation with the Xiahu Arsenal for military use in 1990. Available to all military customers.

We are hereby ordering ten units of the Broken Star Mark I Adv. for the testing and express usage of equipping the Imperial Armed Forces newer weapons to solve the current lack of a vehicle-mobile, advanced SAM capable of destroying high-altitude strategic weapons and/or aircraft. The purchase will be made the usual way, with all paid in full by the middle of the next year.
