Despite our similarities regarding both our governments, we have remained neutral with each other over the last few decades. We have been planning a diplomatic summoning of your diplomatics for the discussion of the potential establishment of relations or even an alliance. The government of Arstotzka has also been in the works of planning the inauguration of a future pact of socialist nations, which we have noted to involve the matters of trade agreement on the nations listed as a pact member, and as a military alliance with it, we hope our request for the summoning of your diplomats can have a positive outcome between our relations...

OOC - The whole alliance thing was the purpose of the thread I started here, I'd also suggest not pushing for a military alliance as to be honest none of our nations have ANY connections between us, the RP aimed to solve that.


McPherson had happliy accepted the invitation, it wasn't often he got the chance to travel these days but he always enjoyed it. The days of his youth had seen him often travelling to the USR or some other satellite state of theirs but now it was Kaitaine who was carrying the flag of the Soviet. The flight hadn't been too bad, the modfied Blackjackproviding a speedy and comfortable experience. As the aircraft landed he waited for his KGB escort to ready themselves in their matching black pin stripe suits, white shirts, red ties and sunglasses. They exited the aircraft first and McPherson followed buttoning up his jacket at the top of the aircrafts steps as he made his way down and towards the welcoming committe.

"Welcome McPherson, our committee has been awaiting your presence since this morning." The middle member of the committee said to him, he was wearing a ceremonial outfit, with a Mosin Nagant formally at ease, behind the group was a black limo, in between two police cruisers and other black vehicles. "We'll lead you to the motorcade, Mr. Kaminsky is waiting in the limo for welcoming talks..." The gang of formally dressed men led him to the motorcade, black-suited security waiting by the door of the limousine, one of them opening the door for McPherson to provide an easy and quick entrance. When McPherson made himself comfortable in the limo, Kaminsky was sitting right beside him, looking relaxed and ready for his presence.

"Hello, Mr. McPherson, I have been expecting you over the last few days, I am glad we could make the opportunity of this scenario a reality..."

"Mr.Kaminsky" McPherson extended a giant hand and shook his opposite numbers warmly. "I'm delighted to be here, we should have done this a long long time ago" he added as he took his seat. "So as you know we have our Freedom Day Parade, I know you had our invitation and I do so hope your coming?" He enquired before continuing. "That being the case I'm intrigued as to what is so important that you felt a need to invite me here ahead of that grand occasion."

"Well, pleased to meet you too, and regarding the Freedom Day Parade, I can assure you I will be attending the celebratory day of your nation," Kaminsky told him, sipping from a glass of champagne,

"And, I felt I needed your presence within Arstotzka, is due to our neglect from diplomatic meetings, it has been years since we have met face to face to discuss the matters of trade or increment to our relations, and therefore, is why I have considered of making the decisions of summoning you, Mr. McPherson."

"Thankfully this trip will be short and quick, Mordvina has been known for its awful traffic, but police has cleared the way for us, and you will be amazed by the skyline of Mordvina, and soon, the palace which our meetings will be attending at..."
