The Stulenskastok Civil War (Northern POV)
« on: July 21, 2018, 09:42:41 PM »
Year 1946, October 24th
Our resistance started in the city of Arkustuk. Where the Republican, Democrat, Socialist, Communist, Centralist, and Green Parties formed in secret away from the Antonovich Regime. We argued how we should rise against the regime, what a free Stulenskastok should look like. The Left suggested they take control of the state and rule the economy from there. Our parties today, the old Republican, Democrat, and Green parties, all agreed that the market should be free of state owned industry but then disagreed about the environment, civilians, technology and their relations to each other. The Centralist party didn't have a goal on what to do after, they were a combination of previous leaders that didn't like the Dictatorship or the Czardom, so the centralist party didn't care how the new Republic of Stulenskastok would look like.

Year 1985, April 3rd
The exiled Czar came back to reinstate the Czardom that ended back in 1922. He came to our resistance in favor of allowing new reforms to the soon to be Czardom. We accepted and planned to start the operation on April 10th. The Socialists and Communist parties were weary, as the left leaning parties are against monarchs, but they agreed to the plan and supported the resistance for the chance it would be easier to support a revolution when they had power to begin with the the promised parliament.

Year 1985, May 22nd
We reinstated the Czar and his supporters, though they didn't fulfill their promise of a parliamentary body to keep the Czar in check. We tried to reason with the Czar and his supporters but they wouldn't hold up our deal.

Year 1987
The Socialist and Communist Parties merged into one party (the United Front) and declared a new socialist state. We are partially supporting them but we sway more on our own side. More members are wanting a revolution of our own to start. We hope the Czardom finds out their best hope is to accept to create a parliament. We took a vote and decided to join the war on the side of the United Front. Then the Czar decided to strike a deal with the many parties not part of the United Front, that he would start a true parliament. We retook the vote and it was a 50-1 vote to join the Czar as the Council against the United Front.

The Czar continued to disrespect our command in more and more battles, we ended up losing the battle of Shugda Hill because of the divide in leadership. So we disbanded our alliance with the Czar and joined the Centralist forces (who were already fighting the Czar and United Front at this point) in an attempt to defeat the Czar and establish a full republic under Republican, Democrat, Green, and Centralist.

Down with the Czar, Up with the Arrow! Down with the Czar, Up with the Arrow!
