I'm going to begin by asking you this; Are you sure you want to have all of this begin by 1888 or earlier? Secondly, you wish to extend this to more than just 'Opening Muneski's horizon to the outside world' ? Fine by me either way...Third, could you then give me some preliminary thoughts on how ES-Muneski relations started? I know we discussed this internally between ourselves but it would be good for those who read this to know.

1:earlier because 1888 is the year of the civil war
2:extend it to E.g you bringing and showing technology of the era
3:Your nation seeing the surrounding mountains off in the distance and sending a expedition to explore and find out whats on the other side off the mountains and finding my primitive nation.

I now start to remember bits and pieces of our first conversation; I believe Muneski was discovered in 1878 by an expedition sent by the Pope and Empress, 10 yrs before the impending civil war and unification/founding of Muneski. However, we may wish to extend that further than 10 yrs if you want.

Indeed, something about "West vs East" ? Perhaps if you want you could come up with other names that would label the groups depending on their stances; those who were Pro-Isolationist and Pro-Open/Ecclesiasticalism.

I assume then the anti-ES coalition provoked the war in the first place, resulting in pro-ES gaining help from ES defeating them and uniting the country under a ruler? Did Muneski before consist of tribes?

What did this government consist of and the ruler was pro-ES? Also are you interested in Muneski once being a client state of ES like how rl Cuba was before the commie revolution?

Republic of Cuba (1902-1959)

- During what years was this period of being a client state? (1878-?)
- Also, did this mean that it was from 1878 that Muneski got its first official constiution, than simply a few laws?
- If so, this new constitution would have stated that "ES retained the right to intervene in Muneskian affairs and to supervise its finances and foreign relations. Under the 'Name of' Amendment, ES leased the NotGuantánamo Bay for a naval base in Muneski." ?

It was the Pope and the Empress who sent out that expedition together, and good to know about those dates regarding the client state status; I assume it was after many protests of the ppl that made Muneski completely independent after 1945?

Nah it was decided after ww2 that Muneski was pulling too much from ES armed forces during ww2 and did not want one country to let ES get attacked easily you gave us a grant to start our own armed forces
