During his reign, Tytor has flourished, with such advancements as the ratification of the 1999 Constitution, the Atlas 9 moon landing, and the election of Madeline Thatcher all occurring in the more than two decades he has been on the throne. King Michael's reign has not, however, been an entirely peaceful one; just in the last ten years, Tytor has suffered from mafia violence, terrorist attacks, and even two separate coup attempts. Despite this, or perhaps because of it, King Michael stands as the second-most popular monarch in Tytorian history, after only his great-grandfather, King Christian II (r. 1917-1922, 1946-1959)."
