To our friends in Jugland

It has not passed our attention that your rightful government is under significant pressure, while seditious forces seek to tear your country asunder in their desire to depose you.

Lakhzovia recalls fondly your nation's opposition to our former domination by the Utman controlled "Workers' Party of the United Peoples' Republic" and subsequent friendly relations after our transition to our modern republican government.

We therefore are aggrieved to see your nation convulsed by this bloody civil war and fear the repercussions for regional stability should your government collapse under the onslaught of the rebel nationalist forces.

Lakhzovia has itself recently emerged from a period of internecine conflict and we are all too aware of the fragile balance of peace. It is therefore on the basis of both our desire to aid our friends and to ensure the continued stability of the Cotf Peninsula region that we wish to offer Lakhzovia's full support to your government and to guarantee the continuation of your rightful rule.

We remain alert and ready to assist you with any means possible.

If you would like a formal meeting to discuss how Lakhzovia may best aid we are more than happy to accommodate you.

We thank you for your offer, as our government hopes to strengthen our ties with your nation.

Deputy Prime Minister Oncseba Keppam will visit as soon as possible, as a representative of our central government, to your country.

We eagerly await the arrival of your Deputy Prime Minister.

However we noted with concern the recent news reports of an imminent operation by the rebel forces to capture Nasvnga. Clearly were they to do so the future of the rightful government of your country would be gravely threatened.

Given the proximity of the front line to the capital the Lakhzov Republic considers the current circumstances to have reached crisis point. We strongly recommend an evacuation plan for the sitting government and royal family with which we would be happy to assist.

While we continue to hope for positive talks with you on our ability to assist, the situation being as it is now puts us in a position of having to consider the future stability of the entire Cotf region. As such we will be moving naval assets including troops carriers off the coast of Jugland and will be moving our airforce onto a high readiness.

Should the National Army assault threaten the fall of the Nasvnga we will intervene militarily for the sake of the greater good of the region.

We understand your concerns although we must inform you that the security of our capital city is assured.

The royal family has recently moved  from the capital city, and it is currently in safe location far from every front, for their own safety, although not exactly related to the recent reports. We ask you confidentiality about this fact for the moment however.

Our military intelligence considers that the chances of a rebel attack against our capital are very low. We have reinforced the security of the city for weeks to assure so in any case. We believe the recent reports should be considered more an act of propaganda than a real threat for the moment.

Our ports are ready to welcome any of your ships without costs.

Deputy Prime Minister Oncseba Keppam can immediately travel to your capital city in case you consider it necessary, to determine the best way you can contribute to our just cause.
