The Theocracy of Kaitaine is keen to establish friendships with as many nations as possible. While we are willing to co-operate it must be made clear that at present embassies are not permitted to select their own premises for an embassy within Seitch. As you may be aware if you have seen images of the city it is one that is rather unique in terms of its structures and space is therefore at a premium. There is currently a building under the control of the Missionara Protectiva and Truthsayers which we are proud to say was home to the first "embassy" in the Theocracy when Tamoran diplomats occupied an office within it. As such at the moment we ask that all embassies wishing to be in Seitch must occupy a single office within that building. However should you wish to acquire your own property for such a base then you are requested to make an embassy in Geidi which is around 200km to the south.
As for your generous offer of "aid" we are happy to accept the funds however before we do so we must in good conscious inform you that none of the money would be spent on providing teachers. We are a nation that has has at our disposal a network of schools and academics that are in, my all be it bias view, the envy of many nations. We therefore feel that it would not be appropriate to accept this money for these reasons as it would be equivalent of taking it under false pretence and that is no way to begin a friendship.
