The Republic of Quebec desires a rejuvenated relationship with the Fleuroise Republic, a nation we consider to be close to our hearts and minds in terms of language, culture and ideals. Many of us descend from the countless settlers from Fleur who'd managed to build up a proud and prosperous nation in the other side of the world, something that will forever be cherished and never forgotten.
It would therefore be in our best interests that we initiate negotiations between our leaders, in either Quebec or Fleur depending on your utmost convenience, in the hopes that our relations will only evolve and become stronger. Topics of economic and cultural nature would be the most relevant to discuss in detail, amidst others that would naturally benefit both parties.
