East Moreland may have been absent during the civil war however we do wish to support efforts to rebuild your nation. With that in mind we wish to empower the following Non-Government Organisations to undertake work within your nation. As such we have prepared the following ring fenced payments which funds will be released for upon your acceptance of allowing these bodies to work within your nation.

1. $180million to the Joint Emergency Team in order to provide adequete levels of fresh water, medicine and food in urban areas.
2. $80 million to the Joint Emergecy Team in order to provide health care provision.
3. $ 20million to the The International Refugee Support Agency (IRSA) to support work in helping people return to their homes and find lost family.
4. $ 35million to the Global Chilbirth Initiative to support work aimed at maternity medicine and specialist health care needs.
5. $ 45 million to the More and Mundus Educational Trust in order to build, repair or improve schools.

It is our hope these projects will support the re-development on Pheubra following the bloody conflict. Members of the above teams shall be required to make regular reports to the East Moreland government and we shall if neccessary consider their recommendations for further funding.

We may not boast the largest of funds such as East Moreland or Rokkenjima for example, however what we don't lack is our sincere commitment to help restore the glory of nation whose testimony shows that it could overcome extremist terrorism, and for that we Krimeonites show utmost respect and admiration.

I am writing as an Imam of the Church of Mani from the Empire of Tamora. As your nation seeks to recover from the brutal war, you no doubt have many needs that needs addressing. While most foreign aid will be focusing on the material aspects, we would like to focus on the spiritual matters. I would like to establish a mission in the rural part of your beautiful country, in the areas where the Muslim population lives. Our Church adamantly believes in solidarity and charity. We also fell that local leaders know much better than foreigners what are the needs of your people. So we would first like to provide some funds directly to the local authorities, represented by their leaders, in order to have them address the most urgent matters. We have so far managed to raise a million dinars (USD) to give to the local community where, with our permission, we would be establishing our mission. While the amount is far from large, once we have established a working relationship with the local community based on trust and understanding, we can with God’s help provide more help.

Please let me know if we have your permission to establish the religious mission and in which community we might do that.

Aside from the monetary aid that Krimeon generously contributed to the various NGOs, the Tsardom wishes to extend its help to remove 'Weeds' which is currently plauging the Phuebran Republic's backyard, which is namely matters concerning counter insurgency and by that we would like to contribute elite Special Warfare Unit (SWU) teams in order to combat the remaining extremist infestation still posing a threat to the country's overall stability and security. The Tsardom also proposes in the very same message to provide the Phuebran Armed Forces expertise and training abilities, by sending its foremost military officers and Consultants; if permitted, they shall be placed under the command of Lt. General Icerider, as required. I am thus looking forward to your reply and whether Krimeon's offers of aid is acceptable enough.

Huisslandia wishes you the best of wishes in hard times. We have recently witnessed a civil war and the aftermath with our South neighbour Lakhzovia. We will be extanding our hand to friendship to them but it is with great regret that our administration didn’t do enough within that crisis. That doesn’t mean we will be held to the same inaction. The current Huiss administration has comminted the following:

$77 million-Providing food and water to the starving and malnourished.
$33 million-Providing medical basic as well as specialised care to those affected
$52 million-Rebuilding and resettlement and restoration of infrastructure.
$18 Million -Resettlement of those affected and reuniting displaced people reunite with family members.

There is no condition of this offer and acts as a means of the Royal Federation of Huisslandia extending their hand of friendship in times of great need.

As one of the nations that helped in the liberation of Phuebra, we would also like to help in the post-war efforts. Currently, we have allocated $50 million in the rehabilitation of the city of Baaraya, the main city where our troops landed and fought in, for this year. So far, we have rebuilt a semi-functioning port and about 20% of the population of Baarya have been given their own permanent shelters. 2 cutters and a frigate will also patrol the Southern coasts of Phuebra, and 1,000 soldiers will be deployed in the more remote areas of Phuebra to hunt down any suspected However, we would also like to add in a few other donations and an offer.:

$50 million-Provision of food and water to the civilian population
$30 million-Provision of equipment and materials for rehabilitation and reconstruction of infrastructure
$30 million-Donated to the Joint Emergency Team for medical aid.
$150 million-Offered to buy possible agricultural land surrounding the city of Baarya and/or Khyat.

We hope that our contributions will suffice for the time-being. We shall also ensure that all of our pledged donations get efficiently spent and not fall in corrupt hands.
