On behalf of Her Majesty Queen Heloise Annette Vicktoria Gough & Emperor Viktor Gough-Petrov we wish for our collective nations most brilliant minds to meet for plans to discuss a possible trilteral program dedicated to the research of space exploration and research of astrophysics as well as scientific testing for the research of the development of further human development in extraplanetary development.

It is with this purpose that the Kingdom of Huisslandia, United Reals of Krimeon, Kasna & Keskinen and the Republic of Biseam foster further scientific endeavors in other areas. To that end it is our wish to have an audience with you President Johannes Cheong Mayama and your science minister in order to put forth our vision and with your help bring it into fruition.

It is with a great honor that we accept this offer of mutual co-operation between our nations in the areas of scientific research and development. To this end I as the highest representative of the government of the Republic of Biseam will extend an audience of both heads of state and government of Huisslandia and Krimeon as well as grant my Minister of Science, Research and Development Jai Hwang Vermeer to assist in the particulars in this endeavor. The meeting will take place in our nation’s capital of Cheoul at the executive Blue Manner. We look forward to receiving our foreign allies within the Sea of Krimeon.
