OOC: Those who sent a letter are presumed to have arrived
One-by-one, each guest was welcomed by the Ministers and was lead to a room where staff would make them wear safety gear such as a hard helmet, reflective vests, and what not. "We wouldn't want to invite our beloved guests from all the construction work ongoing here. It's a protocol given by Minister Cesa so." A staff explained to the envoys sent by nations and companies. The same staff also explained do's and don'ts to them. "...And lastly, although this is not written in the safety codes, I would highly recommend to not anger Minister Josepha Buenarbe-Ladra. I'm saying this based on experience." He smiled as he fitted the last vest to the Pardclinian Minister. The emissaries were led outside.
"... And hey, did you see the commie minister?" Josepha asked her colleagues, with Miguel Ibañez asking. "Which one? The old man or the depressed looking one?" Josepha was about to laugh before being interpreted by Gavielle Cesa. "They both look depressed, what's the difference? That's what communism does to everyone, make them suffer." He raised his voice and Josepha shushed him. "You know they might hear you! They came to finally have formal relations, not to have a war." The three became quiet as the local CEOs pointed at the foreign dignitaries who wore the same outfit as almost anyone in the city.
"I officially welcome you to Nueva Lungsod." Josepha said to the guests as she began walking. "This airport would be the best in Quintelia, which would be able to serve at most one million people a month." She boasted as they reached the building's mezzanine. The glass column that reached from floor to ceiling lit up as the crowd entered, as if it was on cue. "And here, we can see the Nueva Airport's main feature." She pause for a while, smiling at the workers below. Gavielle Cesa then continued the exposition. "Now, this hologram displays reach commercial flight in Mundus. So far, only Quintelian commercial planes and commercial planes that have entered our airspace are shown. For this, I'll have to thank Umbrella Corp of Ulrich Fava for letting us buy such a technological marvel." He pointed at the CEO and gave a bow as a sign of thanks. "Anyways, we wouldn't want to longer here any longer, as the construction work in order terminals and wings would need to resume construction." He continued as they walked towards the exit door and a rush of hot and humid air striking their faces. A few meters away was a monorail train station. As they all waited for the train, the Ministers moved away from the crowd and huddled together near a phone on loudspeaker. "Are you servicing today?" Josepha asked one of the five train operators, who at that time of the day, was the only one driving. "Well yeah, tomorrow's your meeting right? Yeah, I know." Sighing in unison, the Ministers groaned and the operator realized that he screwed up. "Uhh, yes, sorry about that. I'll busy drop of these workers in all stations and go to you." Josepha ended the call and with a frustrated voice, asked. "So, what are we going to do now? We cannot go back inside because of all the dust inside and I can't stand this heat outside." The two men looked at each other and Cesa replied. "We vote for 'we wait outside'." They say back at a bench and sighed.
