I learned of an issue last week with emails not sending (thanks to Daito for flagging). We use SendInBlue to send our emails, as they are a well-known and 'trusted' service that is usually supported most email providers and reduces the risk of emails from the forum ending up in junk.
However, a few weeks ago '
[email protected]' deactivated for a reason I am still yet uncertain. This meant that when SendInBlue (the people I use to actually send emails) wrote to me to say they were deactivating the account for inactivity/compliance, I didn't receive the notification. The SendInBlue was deactivated and emails couldn't send.
While investigating I setup a temporary solution which...wasn't the best but it had to do.
I am pleased to say, however, that I have regained the email account and re-activated the SendInBlue account. All emails should now be working. Please let me know via Discord if you have any issues by posting in the #forum-administration chat.
