"I embarked on the Socialist route when after closer examination that A) it's faster to navigate through the top of the food chain, which is pretty simple considering one needs to make out-of-bounds campaign promises to these supporters and boom, one rank after the other you propell through and the other point which I think you can testify to my friend, B) Socialist politicians can do whatever they want without political repurcussions as the voters seem to have minds worth of a gloldfish's while gaining the ability to blame the oppositition flawlessly." they both laughed. "So you see it's true after all, Socialists and Money are a deadly duo in the political World.

"That sounds about right, I take it then that no matter which party you would have chosen, the same result would have ended up being your excellency becoming our great Prime Minister serving the Holy Father." the SoD concluded to which Soubois nodded in approval. "Well I'll just rest my eyes for a bit, I'll see you later sir." he exited the room and made his way to the quarters.

The PM leaned back in his chair and looked straight into the ceiling, before succumbing to the standard procedure of taking an afternoon nap.

To the Governments of the Heyran Republic and the First Empire of Rokkenjima,

The nations of Heyra and New Zion are in many possible ways intertwined with each other, than anyone could possibly imagine; whether it would be politically, economically or culturally, the facts are right in front of which can't be easily ignored. Heyra and New Zion used to be united under one Empire, under the leadership of the Heyran Monarchy and the Order of the Holy Cross, before the tragedy of the Great War had its significant impact which would see our countries ripped apart for simply supporting the wrong side in an unjust and cruel manner mankind could ever witness; what should have been an ever stronger bond to keep us closer than before instead has resulted in an unfortunate and dangerous rupture in the legacy that had been laid forth between our great nations, from petty squabbles to claims such as an unhealthy view that Economic rivalry is far more important than Economic cooperation. It's high time that we alter that course to the betterment for ourselves before it's too late to fix.

The First Empire has always been held in high regards by the peoples of New Zion and especially the Heyran Republic; the sheer brutality and injustice that the Republican era unfolded itself to the Rokkenjiman people gave us the definite answer to the consequences of sheer incompetence and corruption can do within a country's bureaucracy. Nonetheless, many of your people rightfully escaped and seeked shelter and asylum in the Heyran and New Zionite nations, contributing immensely to the welfare and prosperity for us all, which is something that can't be done enough with a simple 'Thank You'.

All in all, the Principality of New Zion hereby proposes a summit to be held in the First Empire of Rokkenjima where all three mentioned nations shall meet and discuss the common future for our nations, specifically in the magnificent city of Exuperia, a city which is not only known as a mighty financial centre but also a symbolic beacon of what responsible free trade and globalism can contribute alongside the particular harnessing of the essentialities of today's modern technologies. The preliminary plan is to allow President Conway to meet with President Blackwind while Grandmaster & Prince Trump and I shall have a productive moment with Empress Beatrice, with additional changes to be made naturally.

Cardinal and Viceregent of the Ecclesiastical State, Emile Fava, was more than overjoyed to finally embark on a so-called 'real and authentic' state visit which was namely to the tiny yet powerful and Catholic Principality of Némérie, where everything and anything one could wish for became into actual reality, unlike other 'Barbaric' and 'Uncivilized' places in Mundus; Always held dearly close to the hearts of the Holy Fathers since time immemorial, it had been considered to be an important bastion for the 'true faith' in the Alba Karinyan continent alongside the Priory of Zion under the leadership of the equally faithful Order of the Fourteen Holy Helpers, and now more important than ever since 1945 when the once great Heyran Empire crumbled to the controversial Allies, of which the Ecclesiastical State was part of due to political reasons. Despite such history, a bit of guilt and shame had accompanied every Pontiff since the end of the Great War, especially when the majority of the Royal Family had been completely stripped off from their God-given right to absolute power and authority...at least they acted wise enough to implant a branch in the Némérian Principality in the case of unfortunate strings of happenings.

Nonetheless, it was paramount for the Young Pope to secure their sincere loyalty and trust even in this modern day of age; Nemerie not only being faithful to the Church but also a safe haven for the billions upon billions of Capital, kept out of stinkin', bureaucratic hands belonging to the Large Ecclesiastical Government demanding 56%+ tax rates for the absolute wealthy who of course had earned every penny of it in both legal and 'eccentric' ways, losing the support of the wealthy wasn't something any Pontiff wished to experience...the dreadful consequences that would have followed. This is the reason why Pope Peter II more than welcomed the idea to send Cardinal Fava, as he seemed to fit in the role well of understanding the needs of the Principality and thus presenting the much needed support. as it was a obligatory tradition and custom for the Ecclesiastical State to reward her most able allies and friends with annual monetary incentives, for the benefit of all most certainly. The long route to the principality was quite pleasant at least, the finest amenities aboard a Falcon Jet was nothing to sniff at all.

The jet soured through the cloudless sky as it approached the Vaguzian Kingdom, "Oh my, the stench in this forsaken land is too much to bear...I wonder how these bankrupt creatures can live like this?" the Cardinal commented for himself as he exited the jet and proceeded to enter the limo, spraying a bottle of cologne around his aura to ease the nose's suffering. In any case, his mood swings approved as they entered Némérie, welcomed by the lavish environment and the most wealthy in Mundus enjoying their sunny day. It was just a few minutes shy that the Papal convoy would reach the splendid Royal palace in all of its eternal glory.

The Commonwealth Broadcasting Association (CBA) is the public service broadcaster of Pretoria. It has come to my understanding that the Heyran Republic finances will suffer greatly now that an unfortunate act of God struck and devastated parts of Barnacle, causing severe damage to the infrastructure (especially military equipment) as well as causing a humanitarian crisis. Besides the increase of annual donation from 1 to 2 billion annually, I hereby offer to 'clean up' the remaining 17 billion in debt that the Heyran Republic has accumulated over the past years to ease the financial burden, as well as other funding for future military hardware in terms of naval vessels for instance...anything at your disposal my good friend and ally in the north. If this is settled, we may dispatch the appropriate people to your Republic to discuss terms and conditions.

The Kingdom of Seaforth has for centuries been regarded in a positive light by the Celestian Catholic Church as one of the most faithful adherents and likewise from your people; our relations seemed to blossom for all eternity until the day of deceit and treachery when the Catholic branch of Seaforth under the command of heretical Clergy, guided by the Voice of Satan, led astray this once pious realm into degeneracy...this nightmare would end some time later but not without long-lasting damage inflicted on the people of Seaforth, questioning their original church and simply abandoning God's Grace and Mercy. It is with deep sadness and regret that the Ecclesiastical State didn't fulfill its God-given promise to protect one of her utmost allies and friends, which is something I would like to apologise on behalf of my predecessors and the Church.

This is why ever since I was elected to become the latest Pontiff to correct those past mistakes and that they shall never be repeated once more; It's time for Seaforth-ES relations to go back as it was once, when both countries in the name of Our Lord and Saviour prospered together like never before. On behalf of the Ecclesiastical People, I'm offering the aid and services of Association of the Immaculate Heart, a catholic order and charity dedicated to improve the well being of peoples across the world, as Seaforth is rightfully one of them in desperate need; They shall hopefully reinvigorate the trust and transparency of those former believers as well as rebuild necessary infrastructure. BACKGROUND

The Sacred Ecclesiastical State (Latin: Sacris Status Ecclesiasticus; Italian: Sacro Stato Ecclesiastico), commonly known as Celestis is a sovereign Absolute Theocracy in southern Albion. With 12.6 million inhabitants it is among the smallest nations in Albion and the Council of Albion in terms of population and total area. Its capital and largest city is Celestis.

It is an ecclesiastical state (a type of theocracy) ruled by the Bishop of Celestis – the Pope. The highest state functionaries are all Catholic clergy of various national origins. Since the creation of the Catholic Church, they have generally resided at the Apostolic Palace within what is now the Pomerium Sacrae, although at times residing instead in the Aventine Palace just east of the Vatican or elsewhere.

Vatican News is the new information system of the Holy See. It began on June 27th 2015 with the publication of a Motu Proprio by Pope Peter II which announced the creation of a new Dicastery of the Celestian Curia: the Vatican Secretariat for Communication.

Vatican News goes beyond the idea of simple digital convergence by responding to, and even anticipating, the continual changes concerning where and how we communicate. It finds its expression and interaction on a platform that is multilingual, multicultural, multichannel, multimedia and multidevice.
There are four categories providing information on the activities of the Pope, the Vatican, local Churches and world news updates. A “super editorial team”, initially composed of six language departments (English, Italian, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese), will later expand to include another 33 languages. Their purpose is not just to inform, but to offer a key to interpreting news and information in the light of the Gospel.

The challenge is to respond “ever better to the needs of the mission of the Church” in our contemporary culture, with the aim of “communicating the Gospel of mercy to all peoples” according to their different cultures.

A PROPOSAL OF THE NETWORK OF REPUBLICS[1]

Having witnessed the government of Lodja seek to create a multi-national co-operative group we were impressed with their format, however not being a monarchy ourselves means that we are unable to join. Therefore we propose a similar organisation for those nations who have not got monarchs.

I therefore wish to invite the Republics of Mundus to Empire Bay D.C in Algonquin[2] island to discuss and hopefully create our own organisation. Please find the attached, proposed treaty at the end of this invitation as to better prepare one's self prior to attending this convention.

It is our sincere hope you will meet with us to discuss and ratify this organisation.

Recognising the independence of Republics.

Understanding the need for international co-operation amongst citizens is vital for international harmony

Committed to celebrating the uniqueness of nations.

Hopeful that Republics can co-operate in a range of areas

The nations signing this document hereby agree to the following conditions.

1. That Republics will act towards each other with friendship and kindness. That any disputes shall be settled by peaceful means whenever possible using various international organisations to bring about mutually acceptable solutions.

2. That Republics will host Ambassadors of other member nations within their capital. These Ambassadors are to present themselves to the Head of State/Government within 24 hours of being summoned in writing.

3. That every two years a Festival of Nations shall take place[3]. This shall be a Cultural Festival to be hosted in a member nation choosen by a panel made up of one representative per nation. Each representative may nominate one city as host and may cast one vote, this however may not be for their nation. A nation may not host two consecutive Festivals.

4. That every two years[4], to be staggered with the Festival of Republics, a Tournament of Nations shall take place. This shall be a sporting event similar to the Mundus Games but on a smaller scale with each member nation choosing two Sports. The host shall be choosen by a panel made up of one representative per nation. Each representative may nominate one city as host and may cast one vote, this however may not be for their nation. A nation may not host two consecutive Tournaments.

5. The Network of Republics shall share information on criminal and terrorist activities that may effect other nations.

6. Members of the Network of Republics agree that they shall ensure any Tariffs in existence are no higher for members than for the lowest tariffed non-republic nation which does not hold a Trade Agreement.[5]

7. Member nations agree that should a natural disaster or act of God befall a fellow member they shall take whatever action is within their power to offer support.

8. Member nations agree to an annual Council of Ministers. This shall take place in a rotation basis determined on the order by which this Treaty is signed. This Council shall be attended by either the Head of Government or their appointed person and shall discuss matters of international importance as well as co-operation between members.

9. This Treaty shall be open to any nation that has the governmental form of a republic, which shall be defined as one with an elected non hereditary leader, with a time limited term of office whom is not coronated so far as they ratify this Treaty. A member may be blocked from joining should a petition of more than 70% of members be presented within 48 hours of the disputed nation signing this Treaty.

10. A nation may leave this Treaty at any time by giving 30 days written notice.

Quintelia is one of the oldest Ardian partners of ES and a strategically major non-organisational ally.
