"Naturally a meeting taking place between us would have been much more favorable if the circumstances weren't necessitated by the possible outbreak of war." Jia answered him in a rather cold and reserved manner as he shook her hand, taking the seat before him as her own armed personnel took up positions close to her, facing their Imperial counterparts.

"I don't wish to be rude President Herminstaat, but before I can accept this apology of yours...May I inquire as to whether military discipline exists among the ranks of the Imperial armed forces, or it simply consists of trigger-happy cowboys who simply can't wait to set anything alight as they see fit, potentially causing grave and immediate harm to both human life and property? I also find it interesting that His Imperial Majesty hasn't issued a proper explanation as to these acts of aggression that in effect break international convention and norms? I would very much like to have an explanation to this bizarre and outraged display of reaction towards a fellow neighbour seeking to connect with the rest of Mundus."

Jia was quite interested in what her Imperial counterpart had to answer for his nation's misdeeds and if he expressed it in unstrained anger, then so be it. She simply had enough issues that was plauging Sinsu, as well as buffoons day in and day out.

This was a foreign trip undertaken by President Teng Jia that didn't make her feel somewhat uneasy about it, the feelings taking on an opposite effect. The principality of Némérie's reputation wasn't at all compromised compared to others such as Clysperis and at least it acted as a free haven for Sinsu's rich to store their hard-earned cash from eager government hands. As Jia prepared herself mentally onboard the plane soon to land in the Principality, accompanying the newly appointed ambassador Cao Guiying, she could still remember the tone of Premier Deng Liuxian the last time she spoke to him personally prior to departing, which was a combination of frustration and jealousy.

Even if the Premier of Sinsu dictated most of the Republic's policy whilst the President was supposed to act as a figurehead, the latter had the privilege to be first in line to embark on state visits and sign treaties, letting the former handle most of the unpleasant duties back home and the situation was complicated much further with SICR's erratic reaction at Sinsu's termination of isolation, proving that perhaps naiveity played a part in not expecting their northern Imperial brothers to lob projectiles over at the border. Whatever the case may be, Jia simply wanted all of that rivalry between the nations to end after centuries of unnecessary bickering and hoped that a solution appeared right in front of them sooner or later.

The female head of state also felt relived at leaving home for a few days, getting away from all of that chaos and 'relaxing' in a pleasant oasis such as Némérie where reality wore a different appearance compared to elsewhere, which wasn't surprising at all given its high culture and the quality of life it offered to anyone who could spare billion or more annually. Opening a new embassy created a the perfect goground for developing relations further with a nation of interest that the Republic wanted to work with further, especially if joint projects could be negotiated, no matter the partner's size or wealth.

As the plane came to a halt, Jia stepped out of the aircraft, revealing her choice of attire: the Cheongsam, a type of feminine body-hugging dress with distinctive Sinsic Chinese features of Manchu origin. It was called mandarin gown during 1920s-1930s, popularised by Sinsic Chinese socialites and upper-class women in the largest and one of the main financial cities of Tiānmén. With Ambassador Cao on her side, it was time for Sinsu to shine in the international spotlight once more.

President Teng Jia's feelings for this trip was a mixture of nervosity and pre-determined negativity. Here she was onboard a plane, on her way to the Kingdom of Clysperis, a nation steeped in traditions, mysticism and outright controversy on the same level as the Royal Seleucid and Tamora. With the intent of representing the Republic of Sinsu to the best of her abilities, Clysperis wouldn't have been the first nation she'd thought to ever visit, though this all happened thanks to the insistence of Premier Deng Liuxian that Sinsu ought to 'befriend' any nation who was willingly open to do so, no matter their so-called 'controversial' status. Of course there was still a chance Jia to change her mind, but as she'd already heard and read about Clysperis and their Pharao, it wasn't a good impression to say the least when it came to values.

Jia simply needed to relax and meditate before stepping into the bright spotlights once more, opening her mind to any possibility that could arise whereby the relations between the Kingdom and Republic would turn into something for the greater good, as well as getting to know the other side of not only the host country but also of their leader herself. The President reminded herself that Sinsu was in its core the same nation as Clysperis, where ancient traditions were still fundamental to daily life for many even if the nation had already drastically modernized on so many levels. Sinsu in other words wasn't going become like every nation out there, shaping its own destiny and deciding who gets to become her friend, without others dictating for her; if it meant joining international organisations catering to both 'tolerable' and 'controversial' countries, then so be it.

When the plane landed in Khemnen International Airport, President Teng was greeted by quite the welcoming commitee as she walked down the aircraft steps, the national flag anthem of Sinsu being played at the same time highligted that feeling of being received with warm and open arms from their Clysperite hosts.

To:- The Office of the Ministre d’État of the Principality of Némérie

The Federal Republic of Sinsu hereby utilizes its right to acquire the finest property befitting an embassy located in the Principality of Némérie, and thus is willing complete the transaction with an annual $1 billion. The rest of the costs include terrain, upkeep of the property, salaries of the staff, and of course the organisation of parties as well as other social, financial activities and events that will benefit the Principality and Prince Souverain Louis le Troisičme, totally provided by our own provision.

However, the Federal Republic will also offer an additional, annual donation of $1 billion in order to safeguard and advance the unique and esteemed though dangerously vulnerable Némérian culture, especially to counter those who abuses and shames it without it containing a single ounce of what it truly means to be Némérian in nature. It shall be up to the Principality however it wishes to proceed with this funding and no obligatory reports need to be made.

We hope that this request for an embassy, as well as this most generous donations for safeguarding a prime culture such as the Némérian one will be accepted, amounting to a total of $2 billion annually. President Teng Jia and Premier Deng Liuxian have also expressed their sincere wishes to meet His Majesty one day, where the relationship could be extended and improved than before.

Kinds Regards,

"A welcome which I happily receive with gratitude, thank you so much for this opportunity Secretary General." Jia had heard a lot about Líosa Cáidh prior to her arrival in Rokkenjima and now that she got to finally witness and talk to her in person, shouldn't have asked for anyone else to steer the CSU discussions. Hanging her coat over a rack, Jia took a seat opposite the SG and wondered what drink she would've like to have this time. However in order to not drag too much time on this, the Sinsic President settled on something that she was all too familiar with, though Rokkenjima had its own speciality of this drink.

"I wouldn't mind having a bit of tea if it's not too much of a hassle...any type is completely fine." she said, making a brief pause before continuing to speak; she recognised that smile which was emitted from Líosa. "It actually feels enlightening that I'm about to discuss terms with a person of Achkaerinese origins, considering I can't stop stating how much I'd enjoyed my time over there back in the old days, attending Freshwater University to complete my masters in law and getting to know Achkaerinese that I can happily call as my closest, kindest and most honorable of friends. Hopefully once this is done, I'd like to perform a state visit to your country and meet the Emperor in person, or vice versa whichever is most convenient."

To:- Bektaten-Hesy-Re, Sovereign of Sovereigns, Divine of Appearance, Beloved of Amun, Chosen of Ra, Lord of the Three Lands, High Priest of Every Temple, The Living Horus.

It is with such great joy and pleasure that I'm personally writing this message, in order to graciously accept the invitation put forth by Her Divine Majesty whereby Sinsu and Clysperis, known amongst mankind as the most Ancient and Greatest civilizations that was ever conceived, will discuss a bi-lateral treaty that will only strengthen both realms.

Our realms display a lot of similarities despite the differences, especially in the fact that their peoples respect and maintain their traditions and customs in an evolving world surrounding them, never letting anyone else dictate what to do and how to act, instead shaping their own Destiny at hand. One more important aspect is that Clysperis decided to show its support for Sinsic admission into OPEN, something which deeply honors us and can't be forgotten, forever enshrined in our hearts and minds to repay this debt one day.

As much as Premier Deng would've like to visit Her Divine Majesty, current business back home including the recent mess with SICR has forced him to remain behind. Instead, I'm representing the interests of the current Executive Yuan as well as the people of Sinsu to discuss important matters with thee, considering it's part of Convention anyways and by showing us two powerful women side-by-side will conceive an important message to both our friends and allies that despite their grand old age, Sinsu and Clysperis will not bow down to those seeking to eradicate our unique cultures for ulterior, evil-minded motives.

It's my hope that Her Divine Majesty is still interested in a bi-lateral setup with Sinsu and thus am looking forward to it.

Teng Jia managed to become the first female President of the Federal Republic, a political struggle that finally managed to finally pay itself off after years of winning the hearts and minds of the Sinsic people. This meant taking on any challenge that was presented unto her platter, which included dealing with their northernly neighbours to the north, the SICR. It was expected that ancient hatred between the countries on a governmental level would flare up again, however to think it happened this soon after a few years where a glimmer of hope was established on a longlasting Peace was unprecedented. Even if Teng believed herself that a large part of this has to do with SICR, it didn't come across as constructive either from Premier Deng's response which of course produced even worse sentiments towards them and vice versa.

Only him and a few other higher up in the food chain so to speak knew about her upcoming meeting with President Herminstaat, for good reasons considering this wouldn't have been possible at all if she didn't receive the reluctant support of the Premier, whose tantrums had to be calmed down in order to even possibly mention SICR by name. Even if she didn't exactly face the same dangers of getting executed like her counterpart, personal prestige and chance of re-election was at stake if this were to fail as it always had, this time though everyone on both sides knew that it was more than serious than ever before, where real bloodshed would be spilled...a war was looming in the horizon.

Teng calmly tapped her fingers on the surface of the presidential car's window surface, calmly collecting her thoughts to form them into a comprehensible mindset, staring out into the wide landscape as she was provided a heavily armed escort to the designated area where this meeting was supposed to take place, the security provided by the Military Police themselves. It was now or never that a solid deal could be achieved with both parties involved, not only for the sake of themselves but also the rest of the continent of Ardia and beyond, knowing that a fully capable war taking place in this day of age would amount to catastrophically high levels of obliteration.

An MP opened the door of the limo, whereby the President stepped out and was greeted or more likely intimidated by the mere sight of the SICR soldiers. With two guards positioned on either side of herself and the rest closely behind, the Sinsic delegation made their way into the underground compound after reassuring the SICR hosts that they were the expected guests. The concrete and overall bare interior with te exception of that religious altar increased the anxiety and tension between the parties. Only time would tell whether all of this was worth enough to waste time on or not.

"President Herminstaat...it's good to finally meet you especially during these circumstances, as we have quite the few things to discuss." she held out her hand for him to shake it.

To:- President Max Herminstaat of the Second Imperial Chinese Republic

Let me be clear Mr. President that as much as I welcome this change of mind pointing towards the peace that may finally come between our nations, that it has always been us begging and not the other way around. The Sinsic people have been advocating for cooperation with our brotherly people to the north instead of this nonsensical fighting which has instead been rejected by YOU. The fact that the disgusting term 'Southern Territories' is used to contact my office still sends doubtful signals over whether a meeting will finally solve this, if we can't at least get an offical recognition of Sinsu's existence.

From one Chinese to another, I'm willing to meet in Gaotsunbao but if this proves to be other than a fruitful outcome, I'm afraid that any hope for reconciliation is forever lost and we're left to the devices as to what the Divine has in store for us and which nation will survive these terribles times as it were.

Kind Regards,

SICR WAR threat: Sinsu forced to fire at 'PROJECTILES' sent across the border

SINSU-SICR BORDER -- Sinsic defence systems opened fired at incoming projectiles (e.g artillery, mortar, missiles and rockets) aimed towards settlements located near the border with SICR, prompting overwhelming outrage across the Federal Republic as the Imperial Regime once more advocates for war and forced annexation of Sinsu or what's more commonly known there as the degrading 'Southern Territory'. With most of the projectiles shot down and destroyed, the rest causing no to minimal damage around these designated settlements, a spokesman for Sinsu’s joint chiefs of staff said: “The military is on high alert and air surveillance has been strengthened.”

The projectiles were fired at about 4pm local time at Sinsu’s Sinkiang province, which is currently the Federal Republic's largest natural-gas-producing region and where a large amount of the country's culturally unique Muslim Uyghur minority is found, adding fuel to the rumors among the public that the motive behind these attacks were a combination of disrupting natural gas operations as well as purposefully targeting Muslims through an 'Anti-Islam' campaign. With a response to be yet heard from President Teng Jia herself, Premier Deng Liuxian took the opportunity to offer his own, whereby the track record of his own stance towards SICR has been mixed throughout the years in public office, from advocating peace and cooperation to outright war and launching a 'Liberation Campaign to get rid of the Imperial Regime'.

Quote from: Premier Deng's response to the SICR projectiles
These recent attacks performed by the Imperial Regime shows all of us once more, that the high-ranking leadership is composed of nothing but dishonorable and bigoted cowards who show no concern for loss of life and damage on property, whether this includes our own or even their own citizens. The fact that the Emperor, who happens to lead a pitiful and morally defunct country which calls itself a 'Republic' whilst showing none of the characteristics, can't even control his own troops from freely launching projectiles whenever it pleases their sick and twisted minds, is an indication that war for them is the only solution to this so-called 'issue' they perceive to exist, when it clearly shouldn't and never has to begin with.

Sinsu has always been the advocator for peace and cooperation with our northernly neighbour, though these attempts have always been shut down and rejected by them, which isn't surprising at all considering the Imperial Regime considers our existence and political system as a threat that ought to be liquidated and exterminated, as if Federalism, Parliamentarism and Republicanism are degenerative diseases with no nominal value whatsoever. Even if these attacks have always been of a regular occurance throughout the past decades, ever since the first years of Sinsu's rightful transition to a true meritocratic and democratic system, which triggered the Imperial Regime to take advantage of our weak position and subsequently attempt to reintegrate in their fold, it's always a sign that war may be imminent upon us and we have no choice other than to prepare ourselves for it.

The simple truth to the matter at hand, is that SICR frankly are retarded when it comes to waging war. Our large and technologically advanced Armed Forces are clearly superior when it comes to training and will-power to defend the Federal Republic til' the last breath, not including every dutiful citizen who owns at least a firearm hanging above their fireplace. The Imperial Regime knows this far more than they'd like to admit to, the massively failed reunification war which took place a few years after our Republican transition proves this. Since they're mere cowards not wishing to send their citizens to the slaugherhouse, whom I affectionately show concern and pity towards them for having terrible leaders to begin with, they decide to cowardly fire these pathetic projectiles at the same locations as they've always been, making it entirely too predictable for us to effectively obliterate these outdated rounds that have been made in someone's backyard using cheap scrap metal fastened to slabs of improvised explosives.

If they want to have war with us instead of peace and cooperation that could really be of advantage to our countries and their peoples, then so be it! Let them send their hordes of unwilling, inadequately armed forced recruites and we shall meet them with steel and valour of arms never seen before in this world, where our patriotism will spread the meritocratic and democratic concepts that have made Sinsu into one of the wealthiest and most prosperous countries.

Mark my words: Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon!

Diplomacy and Events / Re: A covert visit.
« on: September 15, 2019, 06:09:37 PM »
Well truth be told, the Sinsic government already knew about the Queen’s discreet visit in Sinsu, considering it was after all their responsibility to ensure that the Parvati head of state could freely do whatever she’d like without harm getting in the way. As a matter of fact, President Teng Jia planned in advance to host a little get-together with Queen Lakshmana in the Governor’s Palace in Guiwan, or as it was more commonly called as the ‘Istana’. Aside from two ladies in their prime ages having a lovely afternoon of tea and snacks, it would also serve as an opportunity to start advancing Sinsic-Parvati relations in the right direction, considering the latter desperately needed economic growth in order to compete with her neighbours and everyone else in Mundus.

Sinsu would thus serve as the perfect bridge to reach the higher levels of global economic integration, whether it would be its successful corporations providing jobs and prosperity to Parvati’s lucrative that weren’t yet taken advantage of to their fullest, or foreign aid by providing a set amount of annual donations to their cofferts. All of this needed as serious discussion if both parties were willing to take this neighbourly relationship much further than ever before. The Governor of the city-state was more than kind and willing enough to allow the meeting to take place in above-mentioned palace.

It wasn’t a surprise that the Queen daughter studied in Guiwan in particular. This former colonial city of Tytor was one of the wealthiest cities in Sinsu, its economic built on financial services, shipping and chemicals. It happened to be arguably the most multicultural one as well, its population being composed of not only Sinsic Chinese, but also of Malay and Indian descent. Guiwan served as a stepping stone for many who wished to establish themselves in Sinsu, especially the ones originating from Parvati Parvat where they felt at home with the visible presence of their cuisine and Hindu religion.

“Welcome and greetings your Majesty, I’m President Teng Jia. It’s such an honor to be within your presence and am humble that your next visit abroad happened to take place in Sinsu, though it wasn’t a hard one considering this has a lot to do with family business.” Teng chuckled, shaking her hands as the Queen exited the vehicle which brought her to the front entrance of the palace. The first meeting between them occured on a rainy day, the clouds covering the skies during monsoon season, but considering it was to be held inside the governor’s palace it hardly be relevant in this case. “I suggest we move inside, as it seems the first drops are about to hit us. This way…

Passing through the reception hall on the first floor, Teng and Chakravati took the stairs to the second floor and into a private dining hall where a table filled with Chinese tea and plates containing various snacks from sweets and nuts to dried fruit and meat greeted their senses, creating a tingling sensation as the aroma filled their nostrils. “Please take a seat your majesty.” The President had the impression that the Queen was quite an informal person, which is why she couldn’t have felt more than relieved enough that the tea ceremony could be skipped and one could dig in right away, as the ceremony itself was performed for more serious visits and whatnot.

President Teng personally filled their cups with the tea, and plates with the savory treats. “So, before we can begin discussing our countries’ intertwined futures, may I ask about the status of your daughter; does she like it here in Guiwan? I hope she took the opportunity to visit our capital Jianling and other cities that our great republic has to offer. May I also inquire about your recent stay here; there’s a running joke among the Parvati community that it feels like 33% home.” Teng smiled, referring to the presence of the Sinsic Chinese and Malays. “Heard that you recently met each other in a café somewhere in Little Parvati area...sounds quite lovely.”

Teng initial impression was good, personally being escorted by some highly-ranked in the CSU and Madison looked like those who carried smarts and talents with them in the bagage. “Greetings to you as well, Councillor Pryde, thank you so much for this discreet welcome. I’m looking forward to having the discussions with someone distinguished as Secretary General Cáidh.” Finishing the efficiently short welcoming ‘ceremony’ with a handshake, the President accompanied the Councillor to the designated vehicle, as the rest of the Sinsic delegation followed suit to separate vehicles. As soon as the last door was shut, the convoy began to speed away from the airport and into the downton area of the city.

Feeling cozy and relaxed in her seat President Teng began to have a conversation once more with Pryde, wanting to get to know her a little more. “So Councillor Pryde, may I ask how long you’ve been employed by the CSU? Do you enjoy the tasks and challenges at hand as well? Don’t get me wrong, you must love the job considering you’re in charge of an entire council catering to the CSU’s heads of states, but does it really feel like you made the right choice of career path so to speak? I’m just one year into the Sinsic presidency, having an additional 3 years to fulfill my duty as the foremost representative of Sinsu on the world stage, acting as the unified force the country needs at the same time, taking on whatever challenge presents itself. If the people desires it so, another 4 years is in the right order. But what will happen from that point and onwards, do I retire from politics altogether or will I serve as minor advisory role to any young, ambitious politician out there who’s got what it takes to lead Sinsu? As far as I’m concerned, it’s certainly not an easy role to undertake but quite rewarding and satisfying if one’s agenda follows the plan accordingly.”

This would have been President Teng Jia’s first major international undertaking since she was elected to the presidency, becoming the first ever woman to get hold of that position in Sinsic society, which was quite the achievement in the hugely diverse federal republic. Teng’s views corresponded a lot with the Liberal Party, subscribing to social liberalism and her first party of choice ever since she became mature to decide the ideology that suited her tastes. Minorities, women and children were among the key societal groups that always engaged her in politics and in return were among her largest base of support, which could explain her chance for success at the presidential post, in addition of having half of her DNA belonging to one of said minority groups.

Being president however requires change in how she expressed her viewpoints on politics in general, the role subscribing to be above all types of party politics and instead act as a unifying force to the nation. It certainly helped that the Liberal Party was currently in league with the Conservative, Progress and Golden Dawn parties in government, Premier Deng Liuxian belonging to the firstly mentioned one. Even if she agreed with the importance of forming relationships with other nations, she wasn’t entirely convinced yet that it would need to be done with the ‘controversial’ nations as well, considering some of their internal cultural practices stood in contradiction against her own personal beliefs regarding progressivism and a just society in general.

In the end, she simply had to bite all of that hard substance and chew it significantly in order to defend these interests and in particular Premier Deng’s agenda. As the Sinsic presidential plane touched down on the runway of Ashinxao, she finished the final preparations with documents and what not ahead of the meeting with CSU Secretary General Líosa Cáidh, convincing herself that she had to represent Sinsu with the very best of interests and what the nation was all about. The door finally opened and she was the first of the Sinsic delegation to step down from the aircraft, unto the red carpet and be greeted by whoever was escort designated to take her to the CSU headquarters.

To the members of OPEN,

The Republic of Sinsu expresses its deep, sincere request to attain membership in the Oil (and Gas) Producing Exporting Nations. Sinsu is well-endowed with natural resources in areas such as agriculture, forestry and minerals. It is an exporter of natural and agricultural resources, the most valuable exported resource being petroleum, which is of major significance in the Sinsic economy representing 15.2% of our exports in the international markets. Sinsu currently holds proven oil reserves of 25 billion barrels whilst also holding 5.5 trillion cubic meters (tcm) of proven natural gas reserves. A majority of Sinsic oil and gas production is extracted and processed by the company PetroGas, wholly owned by the Government of Sinsu and is entrusted with the responsibility of developing and adding value to these resources.

We hope that this pertaining information alongside a commitment to a well-developed infrastructure and a desire to increase our export capacity will make Sinsu a prospective candidate for membership. If there are any questions or concerns, we're more than willing to address them in the spirit of full cooperation and understanding.

Kind Regards,
Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Sinsu

Premier's Clarification Regarding Sinsic Foreign Agenda

Huángwēi -- Premier Deng Liuxian answered questions from the press as he hosted the last briefing in Huángwēi before returning to the capital city, after spending an entire day visiting newly established headquarters belonging to prominent corporations spanning the entire Mundus. The finishing statement below clearly reflects the Sinsic open commitment to free trade with whoever the Republic chooses, without immediate prejudices and following a globalistic agenda that is sought to do more harm than good, whilst affirming the Republic's pledge to aid other countries in need of foreign aid.

Quote from:  Premier's Press Statement
Lastly, I would like to once more point out that Sinsu itself dependant on the international foreign markets in order to continuously prosper as it was once so in the past, during the Economic Miracle years. This means that I've spoken personally with our dear President Teng, who couldn't agree entirely more that in her capacity as Head of State, she'll commit performing state visits to all countries that wishes to have an open, free trade with ours, with no ill reservation towards those upholding a different societal culture alltogether. Sinsu is also willing to host these state visits if necessary and desire from us and the other part in question. Sanctions here, sanctions there and harsh words in-between serve no purpose other than to disrupt prosperity and wealth that citizens of this world rightly deserves. Globalism through economic freedom as well as deeper cultural understanding will accomplish change and progress, not the opposite.

Condolences, thoughts and prayers towards the Kingdom of Tytor is also issued on behalf of the Sinsic people, in regards to the utterly terrible Hurricane Eileen that has recently ravaged this beautiful country that Sinsu has close and deep historical and cultural ties with. It's thus with great happiness that the Legislative Yuan voted to send aid in order to alleviate as much suffering as possible for the Tytorian people. Cargo ships and military-graded transport planes have been already dispated to Tytor as we speak and we hope that this gesture is well-received.

Sinsu has also recently signed treaties as well as joining and applying for membership in several organisations as part of connecting with the rest of the world, whilst promoting and teaching others about our own society and culture, including SANE that shall soon be ratified first by its founding members as well as the CSU. However one of these particular organisations happens to be the Network of Republics, which sadly is nothing but a Communist Puppet Organisation, effectively creating an exclusive club for so-called 'republics' that aren't functioning at all according to Republican principles. With the full knowledge of our likeminded republics that also share the sentiment, Sinsu will commit itself to truly reform and transform the NoR into a fully democratic organisation for Democratic Republics. One of the articles that we would like to abolish is nr. 5, which states in the beginning that "The Network of Republics shall share information on criminal activity and organisations branded terrorists by any member, that may effect other nations.", something which must be based on individual agreements between countries and not something that is enforced to be taken advantage of by a country with a malicious agenda.

"Apologies for my late arrival, but please don't let it interrupt the session." Prime Minister Bottova said as she hurried to her seat. Now that Krimeon showed interest in participating in a common railroad system between the two Empires, the RSCU presented itself as an additional ice breaker to further soften the relations. "It'll be interesting to see where these talks will take all of us today, but I'm sure only good forces can come out of it...an organisation where all nations part of it has an equal voice." she said.

We would like to thank thee for inviting the Imperial Majesties for attending the wedding, albeit cut short due to a sudden passing of a distant yet close family members of theirs, as to which it's fully understandable and thus had to head home immediately. It's our sincere hope that the wedding gifts have been well received and more opportunities will arise for the Tytorian and Krimeonite Royal counterparts to have a proper encounter with each other.

God Bless and May the Truth Prevail!

"Aren't you the most adorable little Empress I've ever seen for a long while?" Axel said, looking at Viszla before returning his sights onto the Imperial Infant, receving her from the caregiver. "I have to admit that it has never occured to me that an Emperor would be holding a fellow colleague in his very own arms..." Even if he didn't know her particularly well, the Krimeonite Emperor could already sense through her cute eyes that she was going to be a special ruler some day; special in what way though? He pondered for a short while but didn't have any absolute clue as to what she could accomplish.

"Viszla, let me state once more that she's a beautiful Empress indeed and that she'll without a shadow of doubt will become a force to be reckoned with one day, I sincerely mean it. You should feel proud that you have the privilege and honor of taking care of her, as if she were your own daughter".

"Wonderful news to hear, thank you so much." Elena simply replied to her hosts, still waiting for time to pass by til' the next events would start.

Jadwiga couldn't believe what she'd just heard from Heydar's mouth and simply shook her head. Even if she wasn't terribly surprised, she always desired that festivities would be spared the intrigues of politics and scheeming. In the end, it was clearly a waste of time to entertain the notions of this wanna-be King and clearly planned to head back into the market area. The Iwi may have not been perfect, but the Crown Princess considered them to be much more honorable in any case. "I'm sure His Majesty is more than aware enough that unlike in your country, the Imperial Family's power has been entirely delegated to the People and it's through them I represent their interests and the country's, thus there's no authority found within myself to do such as thing."

Finishing her drink, Jadwiga soon found herself back in Jaleel's tent and wished to continue the shopping spree. "So Jaleel, mind taking me through your finest wares...which ones would you recommend I bring home as souvenirs?"

"An excellent choice of venue for these negotiatons, my good King." Alexander Szücs commented admirably considering it suited his role as Minister of Defence as well, taking a seat at the table where the Iwi King and his closest men were gathered. The Imperial couple sat comfortably close by, requesting some beverage or at least water to be served due to the heat they experienced. "Hope it isn't much to ask...much appreciated." the Empress said.

"Indeed Your Majesty that's what we ought to discuss initially, though we shouldn't the forget the economical aspects in all of this, as I'm sure that everyone here loves the flow of cash filling up the national cofferts, as long as it proves to be ethical for both parties involved, especially the Iwi in this case." Szücs said, realizing the potential the Iwi had in store when it came to their agricultural industry and how it could be potentially weaved into environmentally friendly notion.

"So I suppose the first ordinary yet critically important topic to discuss would be 'diplomacy', as to which this is what we Krimeonites have in mind", Szücs then showed the main points on his tablet:

- The parties agree to maintain active embassies with each other. If summoned an ambassador shall present themselves to the host government within twenty four hours of the summons.

- Either party may request a twelve hour extension upon receipt of the summons should a level of seniority be required due to the issue concerned.

- The parties declare that they shall act in a spirit of friendship and cooperation with a view to further developing and fostering economic and cultural intercourse with one another, each adhering to the principle of respect for the independence and sovereignty of the other and non-interference in their internal affairs.

- Should disputes or conflicts arise between the High Contracting Parties over problems of one kind or another, both parties shall settle these disputes or conflicts exclusively through friendly exchange of opinion or, if necessary, through the establishment of arbitration Commissions

- The parties shall allow citizens of the other nation to apply for a fast track visas aiding in travel between the two nations for purpose of trade, recreation, and business. These visas shall be available to anyone who meets the following criteria

(a) Has a stay lasting no longer than 90 days
(b) Has a return ticket
(c) Is able to fund the duration of their stay.
(d) Has no criminal record
(e) Is not deemed a threat to national security.
(f) All requirements have been fulfilled in accordance to local laws and procedures when conducting trade and/or business.

-  The parties agree to the establishment of a system of extradition for persons accused of crimes in one country to the jurisdiction of the other. No extradition shall take place until compelling evidence has been presented.

"We removed a bit regarding the usage of Mundus Convention of Universal Rights as part of extradition requirements, as the Iwi isn't part of it and when it comes to RS criminals that deserve to be met with absolute justice...However if my good Sirs feel differently, we may include  Articles four and seven of the Mundus Convention of Universal Rights have to be met as well." Szücs said, drinking from a glass filled with water.

"Now these are the points in mind when it comes to trade:"

- The parties pledge to trade fairly with each other and to respect the lawful commerce of each party.

- Neither of the parties shall create taxes, limits, bans, or quotas on the goods or services of the other party on basis of their origin from the other party, with exception to such taxes, limits, bans, or quotas created by international organizations of which the parties are members thereof.

- The parties recognize the right of free commercial navigation through the waters and airspace of the other party, with adherence to local laws and procedures.

"The United Iwi is proud Agricultural country, likewise when it comes to Krimeon as we're among the world's largest exporters when it comes to Food and Beverages for instance. In addition to that, we're keen on Environmentally friendly practices as well as putting emphasis on ecological produce for a healthier Mother Mundus. I'ts impression that the Iwi desires the same and thus it would be great for our respective companies to one day cooperate with each other on these matters, out of their free will of course." Szücs paused more to moisturize his mouth, the next offer coming up was considered to be quite 'juicy'.

"Your Majesty and Excellencies, in terms of Special Agreements...The Imperial Commonwealth would like to offer from our Sovereign Wealth Fund an annual fiscal contribution of $6 billion USD to fund the United Iwi, as to which the funds may be used for anything...including military matters and struggles involving your greatest enemies, a struggle which Krimeon wholeheartedly supports. Consider this generous offer as part of our 'compensation' for acting dishonorably and not coming to your aid sooner than later during the times of complete suffering." Szücs said, with the Imperial Couple acting rather surprised in a subtle manner, eyeing each other at the same time.

"It's the reason why Defence and Security topics have been put to the last, and this time it would be interesting to hear from your side whether it's perhaps too early or not to cooperate with Krimeon on such matters. This fiscal offer in question doesn't require any later return payments, as I trust that the economic growth between us will act as compensation." he said smiling.
