Title: Orbital Weapons

What is the limit on orbital weapons? Do kinetic and missile weapons definitely register as dangerous, but what about weaponizing space shuttles by fitting them with explosives? Or just dragging cluster munitions into orbit to drop on top of enemy nations? Do we need a convention for such a case?

They don't exist. A convention already exists. The stuff are unrealistic anyway, ask our friendly neighbourhood Viking Scientist KrisNord, he'll bust out his calculator again and make me weep.  ;)
