The Grand Chancellor formally establishes the Order of the Pen as an Order of Chivalry, this shall be awarded for members Roleplay quality and Roleplay Contribution, All individuals who hold titles of nobility, that were awarded for Roleplay Contribution, shall be inducted automatically into the Order of the Pen. Forum Administrators - There are currently three forum administrators, Beatrice, CGJ and Achkaerin, their responsibilities are:
a) Maintaining and updating the forum
b) Addressing forum issues encountered by members of the forum.
c) Notifying the membership of the region of issues of concern administration wise.

The Chancellery - this comprises the Grand Chancellor, currently Beatrice and the Vice Chancellor, currently CGJ, their responsibilities are:
a) Ensuring the safety and stability of The Independent Order;
b) Conducting Nationstates inter regional diplomacy.
c) Appointing office holders where required;
d) Removing office holders where there exists reasonable grounds to do so:
e) Administering the official chatroom of the region, the NationStates region, and any other official off-forum locations;
f) Advising office holders where requested;
g) Maintaining and updating the Criminal Code and Discord Code of Conduct (with the consultation of the Lord Chief Justice).
h) Investigating complaints concerning the Lord Chief Justice.
i) Inducting (and removing when inactive) members of the Order of the Pen upon instruction of the Order.
 
The Roleplay Managers - There are three Roleplay Managers in simple terms this group generally manages the roleplay rules and assists new members they have the following responsibilities:
a) Welcoming newcomers in the region
b) Mentoring newcomers
c) Recruiting new members
d) Amending the Roleplay Rules, (all amendments require a unanimous vote and the consultation of the Roleplay Moderator and where needed the consultation of the cartographer)
e) Maintenance of a Roleplay Guide designed to assist and inform the players of the region of aspects of the Regional roleplay.

Roleplay Moderator -The Roleplay Moderator is the person responsible for ensuring the roleplay rules are followed they have the following responsibilities:
a) Welcoming newcomers in the region
b) Mentoring newcomers in the region
c) Recruiting new members
d) Managing NPCs
e) Enforcing the Roleplay rules
f) Settling disputes between players
g) Managing the RP canon
h) Taking measures in regards to players that are not complying with the Roleplay rules
i) Making realism rulings.
j) Creating and managing regular RP events (delegating where necessary)
k) Granting RP rewards (with consultation where necessary)

- Any decision to change a historic event in the RP Canon shall require a public consultation to take place, to ensure that players have the chance to raise awareness of issues.  A decision to remove a current event or current post from the RP Canon shall require an announcement on the forum with reasoning.

- Decisions regarding the actions of an NPC shall require the consultation of three players who may not necessarily be the roleplay managers, the Roleplay Moderator shall abide by the majority view. Consulted players are expected to act considerate of the NPC’s history, policies, relationships etc

- Decisions regarding the creation, enlarging, reducing, relocating and dissolving of NPC’s and other map decisions shall require consultation with the cartographer.

The Cartographer - the Cartographer is the person responsible for the RP world map they have the following responsibilities:
a) To maintain and update the RP Map (by removing inactive nations and adding new ones)
b) Making proposals in respect of the map to the Roleplay Manager or Roleplay Moderator

The Lord Chief Justice - The Lord Chief Justice is the person who ensures that the forum rules are being followed as well as other responsibilities in respect of accountability, they are responsible for:
a) Advising the Office Holders when asked;
b) Ensuring all Actions by office holders are made in compliance, and are themselves compliant with the Criminal Code and Roleplay Rules;
c) Investigating complaints originating outside the Regional Roleplay and determining a reasonable action.
d) Investigating where it is suspected that any member or institution of the government has acted in error, as defined by law;
e) Hearing appeals from players on matters regarding Regional Roleplay.
f) Enforcing the Criminal Code and Discord Code of Conduct.
g) Overseeing, by majority vote, the election of a new Grand Chancellor should it be required (Removal of the previous Grand Chancellor shall require reasonable grounds).

- Should the Lord Chief Justice determine that a body (office holder) has acted in error, they may issue an Order to remedy the matter.

Discord Mods - there are four Discord Mods they are responsible for:
a) Monitoring the regional discord
b) Enforcing the discord code of conduct.

- Those with Discord Moderation powers operate a three strike system, strike one is a first warning, strike two is a final warning, strike three is a mute. Continuing beyond strike three can see longer mutes, server kicks and server bans employed depending on the nature of the issue.

Order of the Pen - this is a non authority role, it is available to all players and is granted for Roleplay contribution, it is formally awarded by the Grand Chancellor on the instruction of existing members of this order.

Miscellaneous

- This document and the Criminal Code (2013) shall extend fully to all parts Independent Order, including the forum, NationStates region, official chatroom and any official off-forum locations. Additionally the Forum Terms of Service shall be considered part of this document, as defined by law;

- If any individual holding an office that requires a forum presence fails to log in to the forum for a period of fourteen days without posting a Leave of Absence they shall be deemed as having vacated their position. Vacancies, including those arising from resignation, shall be filled:
a) Where a deputy or vice exists, by said deputy or vice; or
b) Where no such deputy or vice exists, or if the deputy or vice has also gone inactive, by the usual procedures specified in this document.

- To remove an office holder for a violation of the forum rules shall require first the establishment that such a violation occurred, as per the procedures of this document, and then a confidence vote of the office holder lasting for two (2) days, the process is overseen by the Lord Chief Justice (or Grand Chancellor should the Lord Chief Justice be the subject of the matter). A confidence vote not concerning a forum rule violation may be held at any time and overseen by the same. No office holder who has been the subject of an unsuccessful confidence vote shall face another one for six months, without the leave of the Grand Chancellor (or Lord Chief Justice if the Grand Chancellor be the office holder).

- for the purposes of this document reasonable grounds to remove an office holder shall include but not limited to - violation of the criminal code, violation of the discord code of conduct or inactivity.

- Any member may submit a proposal to amend this document by posting of the proposal in the Conference Hall forum, the proposal shall be debated for no less than seven (7) days and be followed by a two (2) day vote.

Allies, friends, and fellow Sovereigns,

Some time ago the Saisei Empress opened Haru Palace to the community of nations to discuss matters of the day and produce an agreement upon its conclusion. Today, however, I write to invite you to Onvilal Castle to foster dialogue and understanding between international leaders and allow for an opportunity for all of us to speak candidly, presenting issues of concern which may exist between our states and to forge a path toward a more harmonious future. I hope that we shall be able to bridge the gaps between our cultures while lessening areas of contention where they may exist. Indeed, through meetings which shall be held in private it shall be an opportunity for all of us to speak without a pre-determined statement or resolution to work toward, and I personally look forward to this opportunity to improve relationships and discuss matters of mutual concern which may have fallen to the wayside otherwise.

The Onvilal Summit of Sovereigns is not a proposal for military ties nor toward the formation of a new alliance, rather, it is a venue for leaders of all sovereigns to discuss areas of mutual concern and to see tensions and misunderstandings addressed so that Mundus may avoid new eras of conflict, discord and growing strife.

In the spirit of understanding and cooperation I hope that my invitation shall be received. The Onvilal Summit of Sovereigns will occur at Onvilal castle which sits near the heart of Austrana Prefecture. Security will be provided by the Naval Intelligence Service, and the meeting shall be press free. Upon conclusion of the meeting we may determine where the next Summit shall be held, should one be desired, and see the creation of a new tradition of communication, cooperation and coordination between the monarchies of Mundus.

Hello, Mundus! I am pleased to be speaking to you today from the City of Setri as the Winter Games unfold before us. Undoubtedly, as we near the accompanying Summer Games you'll receive letters and other gestures to secure your support in hosting the Summer Games, and while I'm certain they shall make a compelling case as to why they would be the perfect hosts I thought I would do something different. That's why I've taken some time to speak with you, to show you why Khemnen-Setri is the best site for the upcoming games, and also what we're doing to give back to the People throughout this entire process.

Two years ago, the world came to Midaranye for the Mundus Games, yet unlike most years we did not see the usual unifying spirit accompany them. Nations protested the games, athletes from some lost the opportunity of a lifetime and many would agree that clouds did indeed loom over those Games. I believe that, once again, the world should look to Midaranye to host the Summer Games, to showcase not only the rich and vibrant history of Midaranye but also its bright and promising future. The Kingdom thus wishes to welcome Mundus to the cities of Setri and Khemnen where, against the backdrop of the Pyramids of Nafu and the Great Sphinx, monuments of a proud past, and the City of Setri, this generation's great monument, the finest athletes from all nations may compete.

Clysperis is a nation with a deep passion for sports and competition. Should the Summer Games come to the Kingdom a new generation of Clysperi athletes will be inspired that, even in Clysperis, Mundus can come together to tear down all which may have divided us to gather as #OneMundus. For years Clysperis has been an outsider, it has been seen as a nation on the wrong side of history, neither of which are true any longer. I hope that Mundus will allow Clysperis an opportunity to re-introduce ourselves, to eliminate the barriers which have existed between the Kingdom and the world, to realize together this new era.

In between the cities of Setri and Khemnen I have directed the Royal Clysperi Armed Corps of Engineers to overhaul and revitalize what was once a Soviet sports park. Designed with eyes to the future the Park mirrors the development of Setri as a miniature “smart city” which sips energy and adjusts based on the present energy consumption needs. Recycled and reclaimed resources have been utilized in its reconstruction, realizing savings in waste as well. Athletes, trainers and officials will enjoy a truly remarkable experience in the Park’s Athletic Village which, following the conclusion of the games, will be utilized as affordable housing for the descendants and victims of the institutions of servitude.

This effort has transformed the remnants of our occupation into a testament of the Clysperi will to evolve and renew herself, and I am thus pleased to present to the international community the Khemnen-Setri Games Park.  Should the Clysperi bid be accepted CSMC, alongside an international partner station, are set to be the Main TV Rights Holders.

The New Century Stadium, with a capacity of 90,000, has received a grand overhaul from its former architecture typical of Soviet planning. LED lights sip power provided by the forward-looking Setri power grid, a city which has been designed to be smart and harmonious with the environment around it. If selected as the hosts for the Summer Games the New Century Stadium will be utilized for the opening and closing ceremonies, football and rugby events finals events.


In addition to New Century Stadium the Kingdom is utilizing the facilities of Nafu Stadium, Valley Ridge Stadium, the Tri City Stadium and the Ramses V Stadium (below) to host football matches. Not pictured are two facilities within the Khemnen Metropolitan Region, keeping the Games within reach of the cultural heart of the Kingdom of Clysperis with access for guests to a variety of shops, accommodations and lodging options. As I suggest to anyone who has yet to visit Clysperis taking some time out of your day to visit the Pyramids of Nafu has always proven to be an experience with few parallels. The newly restored Great Sphinx will also be revealed during the Games, a moment the Kingdom has been working toward thanks to a collective effort of local and foreign donors to see it returned to its former glory following a disfigurement during the Soviet occupation.


With a capacity of 82,000 athletics and field events will take place in Khemnen International Stadium. While outside of the Games Park Clysperis will be utilizing a fleet of electric and renewable vehicles to transport athletes to and from events at the Khemnen International Stadium, furthering our commitment to an environmentally harmonious Mundus Games.


Featuring a Games Standards swimming pool, a diving pool featuring 1, 3, 5, and 10 meter high jumping tower, training pool, a social building and open and covered amphitheaters the Khemnen-Setri Aquatics Centre will be utilized for swimming and diving. The Centre also features youth pools and will be used to inspire our next generation of athletes as they begin their own careers once the Summer Games have concluded. [Capacity: 16,000.]


The river Ḥ'pī will host rowing events. The Ḥ'pī represents in many ways the vital artery of Clysperi civilization, providing for our needs in what would otherwise be a desert lacking the variety of vegetation we see in the Ḥ'pī valley. The banks of the Ḥ'pī provide ample opportunities for spectators to view the Games, which will be utilized for sailing and rowing.


Turning our eyes back to Khemnen we've chosen the Khemnen Sports Complex for gymnastics and boxing events. This modern Complex provides ample data connections to ensure those sharing their experiences at the Games can keep in touch with their loved ones, and favourite social media platforms. [Capacity: 30,000]


Likewise the Khemnen Exhibition Centre will be used for fencing, which many in the city are especially looking forward to. [Capacity: 10,000]



Within and around the Games Park I have worked with a dedicated team to select the best venues for this years Summer Games. Looking to the games of past years I am inspired by the power of sport to bring the nations of Mundus together, to set aside differences and leave politics at the border. Whether it be in the stadium or the arena what matters is the spirit of sportsmanship. From the athletes competing to their fans across the world it seems, if for a brief moment, Mundus is truly one. We do not focus so much on what makes us different but that which unifies us and, perhaps, if we can bottle some of that spirit upon the conclusion of the Games and reflect upon their principles beyond the closing ceremonies, all of us can do our part in being good neighbours in the Mundus-wide community.

Thank you for your time, attention and your consideration. May the best teams win, and may all realize their dreams upon taking to the field. I look forward to welcoming the world to Clysperis and over the following months I will be embarking on a tour to build support for the Clysperi bid. I shall be happy to answer any questions which may be had regarding our bid, Clysperis, and what we're doing to address the unfortunate legacy of slavery and servitude in our region. Thank you. When the Mundus Games last came to Midaranye the world looked much different. The Clysperi Conflict had not yet happened, the standard of living and quality of life was hard we saw indentured servitude right here in our own borders, and it seemed that the status quo would remain unchecked. I am proud today to stand here in the City of Setri, the City of Dreams, in that different world. While Clysperi society has always been welcoming of peoples of all backgrounds we had great work to do in welcoming the poorest, and most vulnerable, in our society: those impacted by the institutions of slavery and servitude. This is why I am proud that the work put into the Khemnen-Setri Games Park has been undertaken in a way which, following the games, we can give back yet more to those impacted.

The games themselves represent dreams from different perspectives: the dreams of the nations vying to host them, athletes aiming to reach the highest echelons of their respective sports, fans in the stands and at home dreaming of bringing home those medals, and the brotherhood which is shared by Mundus during them. We could not imagine any other time than now to bring the games to the City of Dreams itself, and witness together as each of the teams put forth their best. Win or lose, I know that we will see many dreams realized out there.

The Kingdom of Clysperis can, once again, call itself a vibrant society, one which holds true to the ideals of the Mundus Games. A land of competition, where all Clysperi have as the limit to their potential only the height of their dreams. A land of brotherhood, which sees every Clysperi stand together even in the darkest of times, and where none of our brothers and sisters are held in chains. Finally we are a land of peace, dedicating ourselves to leaving a positive impact upon each life we touch. It has been a long and crazy road to this day, with some of us doubting whether or not to place a bid before the international community for consideration, but I'm glad the voices of doubt did not win.

I hope to have the opportunity to welcome Mundus to Clysperis alongside my wife, Pharaoh Akasha, to witness the spectacles and talent which are certain to be held at the Games, and to honour the spirit of the Games as #OneMundus. Thank you all.

Having conducted a review of the Imperial Rokkenjiman Air Force it has been determined that a new fighter is desired to replace the RK-74 (RL F-15). The IRAF has expressed an interest in the Tytorian AS-60 as the logical replacement for the RK-74, however I know there are issues of national security and such which have precluded the AS-60 from export, even to her closest of allies. I am relaying this interest personally, as the trust we've built over the years will not be forsaken.

The Rokkenjima Sea has long stood as a stronghold of self-determination, progress, and economic opportunity; a concentration of engines of economic growth and prosperity in Ardia and beyond, however, it has not developed the ties nor cooperation as we've seen in the Illumic. It is my firm belief that expanded cooperation in our region shall serve the mutual benefit of our nations, harnessing our cooperative energies while better positioning the Rokkenjima Sea as a key economic hub well into the future. Toward these ends I propose the formation of the Rokkenjima Sea Cooperative Union (RSCU) to further  economic, research, diplomatic, and military cooperation in our region, providing for our Sea the tranquility necessary to preserve its prosperity.

Beyond the immediate Rokkenjima Sea we see a region which does not directly border the Rokkenjima Sea yet benefits from trade and transit with Rokkenjima Sea nations. This 'Greater Rokkenjima Sea' region includes partners such as Eisenwald and the Kingdom of Tytor who should be welcomed to take part in the RSCU in some capacity, such as inclusion in a Rokkenjima Sea free trade area. Together, the nations of our region represent a significant amount of trade and financial activity which can only increase with our collective efforts.

It is for these reasons I have dispatched invitations to Daito, Gowu, Phuebra, Tytor and Eisenwald to a conference to be held in Pyrettania which shall establish the foundation of the RSCU. I sincerely hope that we may discuss with our neighbours our mutual expectations regarding this organization, as well as incorporating the full spectrum of our interests into the RSCU. The Kingdom of Tytor, while not sharing a direct shore with the Rokkenjima Sea, have proven to be a firm partner in the security and tranquility of our region, thus their invitation at this early stage. This conference shall be scheduled to take place in the coming week.

With all High Maesters and Archmaesters present I hereby call this meeting of the Council of Maesters into order.

As is our tradition I invite the Archmaester of Gowu-Achkaerin to open the proceedings before us and offer us a glimpse into the operations of the Rosari Temple in Gowu.

Our meeting shall then focus upon the situation resulting from the political dispute between the First Empire and Samantra, as well as Rayyu's contributions to the dispute.

The floor is now open to the Archmaester of Achkaerin, Asano Yūki.

WHEREAS the members of the Independent Order have, after due time and consideration, determined that there shall exist a single Constitution with supreme authority over all laws,

BE IT ENACTED by Her Excellency the Grand Chancellor, by and with the advice and consent of the Regional Assembly, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Article One: The Chancellery

(1) The Grand Chancellor shall be the Head of Government and Head of State of the Order, and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of The Independent Order.

(2) The Grand Chancellor shall be responsible for:

• Ensuring the safety and stability of The Independent Order;
• Making any such enactments required for the peace, order and good government in the region;
• Appointing Ministers, the Lord Chief Justice and the Roleplay Magistrate, and any other formal positions, where required;
• Organising referenda, as defined by law;
• Inducting and expelling, by means of Writ, members of the region into the Regional Nobility;
• Administering the forum, the official chatroom of the region, the NationStates region, and any other official off-forum locations;
• Advising members of the executive, judiciary and legislature, where requested;
• Exercising authority arising from Order legislation, including this Constitution, where required;
• Delegating their authority, where required or defined by law.

   
(3) The Grand Chancellor may be recalled following a referendum of 3/4th of all eligible members of the Independent Order voting in favour, as defined by law. Should a Grand Chancellor be recalled, then a Constitutional Convention shall be required to appoint a replacement.

Article Two: Legislation

(4) The Grand Chancellor may enact any legislation, including amendments to the Constitution, Criminal Code and Roleplay Rules.

(5) Any enactment made shall be known as Acts of the Chancellery.

(6) The Grand Chancellor must, when seeking to make such legislative changes, publicly post, and announce on Discord, the regional message board and any other relevant areas, the proposed Act in the Conference Hall.

(7) The Act must remain in the Conference Hall, open for public debate or opposition, for a minimum of 72 hours, unless such an Act would amend the Constitution, Criminal Code, Emergency Procedures or Roleplay Rules, where it must be open for at least 96 hours.

(8) No Act amending the Roleplay Rules proposed initially by the Grand Chancellor may be enacted without the advice and consent of the Roleplay Magistrate, except where the enactment is approved by a referendum of eligible members.

(9) Any eligible member may petition in the Conference Hall thread to block an Act. Should the petition receive two further signatures from eligible members while the Act is in the Conference Hall, then the Act shall be subject to referendum of all eligible members.

(10) Any eligible member may bring forward their own legislation and, with the support of four further eligible members, require the Bill to be brought to a referendum of all eligible members.

(11) The Grand Chancellor may, where authorised or required by law to do so, issue a statutory instrument known as an Order of the Chancellory (herein ‘Order’). No Order shall need prior approval, however, any eligible member may bring forward, to the Conference Hall, a petition to repeal the Order. Should the petition receive four further signatures from eligible members, then the Order must be withdrawn.”

Article Four: The Roleplay Magistrate

(12) There shall be a Roleplay Magistrate responsible for the enforcement of roleplay rules.

(13) The Roleplay Magistrate shall be appointed by the Grand Chancellor for an indefinite term. The Roleplay Magistrate may be dismissed by the Grand Chancellor, or may be recalled following a referendum of all eligible members of the Independent Order, as defined by law.

(14) The Roleplay Magistrate shall:

• Appoint a Deputy Magistrate;
• Enforce the Roleplay Rules;
• Advise the Grand Chancellor on matters regarding the Roleplay Rules;
• Fulfil any responsibilities arising from legislation;
• Recommend awards to be issued by the Grand Chancellor to members of the Independent Order who have produced outstanding pieces of work; and
• Limit the rights of offending members by means of an Order of the Roleplay Magistrate (a ‘Roleplay Order’).

(15) When enforcing the Roleplay Rules, the Roleplay Magistrate must:

• Act objectively and impartially, and at no point may seek to advantage their own roleplay position;
• Seek to take all reasonable steps to resolve a conflict both privately and publicly;
• Publish records of any formal rulings they make in the appropriate forum, detailing the nature of the issue, the rule broken, the steps taken to resolve it and the resolution of the issue; and
• Only issue a Roleplay Order against a member after all other reasonable steps have been taken to resolve the matter.

Article Five: The Judiciary

(16) The Judiciary shall be headed by the Lord Chief Justice.

(17) The Lord Chief Justice shall be appointed by the Grand Chancellor for an indefinite term. The Lord Chief Justice may be dismissed by the Grand Chancellor, or may be recalled following a referendum of all eligible members of the Independent Order, as defined by law.

(18) The Lord Chief Justice shall be responsible for:

• Training Judges and Advocates;
• Advising the Chancellery and Roleplay Magistrate on points of law;
• Ensuring all Acts and Orders of the Chancellory are made in compliance, and are themselves compliant, with the Constitution, Criminal Code and Roleplay Rules;
• Investigating complaints originating outside the Regional Roleplay and determining a reasonable action;
• Fulfilling any responsibilities arising from legislation;
• Conducting judicial reviews where it is suspected that any member or institution of the government has acted ultra vires, as defined by law;
• Hearing appeals from the Roleplay Magistrate on matters regarding Regional Roleplay, as determined by law;
• Monitoring all elections to ensure that they are free and fair; and
• Ensuring that all areas of the government comply with all legislation.

(19) Should the Lord Chief Justice determine that a body has acted ultra vires, or that elections were not free and fair, they may issue an Order of the Judiciary (‘Judicial Order’) to remedy the matter, as defined by law.

Article Six: Miscellaneous Provisions

(20) The Constitution and the Criminal Code (2013) shall extend fully to all parts Independent Order, including the forum, NationStates region, official chatroom and any official off-forum locations. Additionally:

• The Forum Terms of Service shall be considered part of this constitution, as defined by law;
• Where reference is made in law to a previous Charter or Constitution of the Independent Order, it shall be deemed to be referring to this Constitution; and
• The Grand Chancellor shall, where a matter arising in this constitution requires a definition in law, enact such legislation if necessary for the stable operation the constitution.

(22) If any individual in a position established by this Constitution fails to log in to the forum for a period of fourteen days without posting a Leave of Absence they shall be deemed as having vacated their position. Vacancies, including those arising from resignation, shall be filled:

• Where a deputy or vice exists, by said deputy or vice; or
• Where no such deputy or vice exists, or if the deputy or vice has also gone inactive, by the usual procedures specified in this Constitution and otherwise by law.

(22) An eligible member is one who has been a member of the forum for a period of at least 45 days, has made more than 20 non-spam posts on the forum, and is not serving any form of sentence under the Criminal Code (2013) or the Forum Terms of Service Act (2015).

Explanatory note (not part of Constitution)

This constitution replaces the existing Constitution of the Independent Order. It sets out that the Grand Chancellor will be the head of state, government and commander-in-chief, and will have certain  functions + forum administrative powers. The Regional Assembly maintains its current powers, but adds to it all the powers of the Roleplay Council. It includes a section on the Roleplay Magistrate, who is responsible for enforcing the RP rules. Finally, it includes the Lord Chief Justice, who is responsible for enforcing general law, appeals and judicial review. The constitution applies everywhere the light touches.

As promised, a Constitution proposal which reflects the current state of the Independent Order. The changes aren't many actually, and allow for things to continue as-is while maintaining a path toward future greater interest from the Order in regional governance.

I will be reviewing introductions to the Order of Nobility over my days off this week. I've got a few people in mind and will be making an update no later than Tuesday.

Fellow Orderians,

It has come to my attention that a secondary Discord server has been established by certain members of the Order who have been unhappy with certain things. Our region has existed for over eight years now and I feel as though we've come to take for granted the stability and calm we've enjoyed for so long that certain responsibilities and attentions have become more lax than they should be, hence a meeting between myself and the Orderian Government (and Discord moderation staff) to address concerns and ensure that the Order's Discord is a welcoming and safe place for all Orderians.

I am disappointed that instead of issues being discussed with me, the Vice Chancellor, or Lord Chief Justice actions have been taken which could have been avoided. At this point I am playing catch-up, dealing with issues via second-hand information when it would have been easier to address things when issues were being noticed instead of weeks, or months, later. Any Orderian who has an issue has always been welcome to send me a PM, let me know what issue is being had, and I promise to do my best to sort things so that everyone can continue to enjoy our community.

The answer is not a separate Discord: a divided community will not stand for very long, nor will a community that is incapable of discussing issues and working together to fix them. The Order has one Discord, it is prescribed for by regional law, and the preservation of the Order's digital assets is a responsibility of the Chancellery. Let us all work together to see the Order's Discord community rejoined, rebuild the foundations for problem solving and ensuring harmony, and discuss issues when they occur and not leave regional leadership to fly in the dark, so to say. My efforts thus far regarding this issue are one part of the equation, I will need the help of all Orderians to fully resolve these issues and render the "need" for an unofficial Discord unnecessary.

Pharaoh Seti would meet the team at Khemnen Palace where, alongside the Vizier, they would assure access to relevant records and individuals while also allowing access to the Clysperi populace for any questions they may be interested in asking. "Sir Gregory Major," she said as they were escorted, "welcome to Clysperis. Please relay my gratitude to your Government for undertaking this task. I know our Governments have much distrust between them which makes the Kingdom the perfect choice for this duty."

"Perhaps," she paused, "things may change one day. It is certain to be a long road, but perhaps this is the first day of us learning that neither of us are as bad as we thought. A traditional greeting it is not, I apologize. Pharaoh Seti is at the Temple and will assist you in any manner which should be required of him. I have given clearance to you and your team to access all relevant records, and you'll have the opportunity to speak with any Clysperi as well. Lodging shall be provided at Khemnen Palace for convenience."

As one of the principle champions against slavery known throughout Mundus I felt it was time that I reached out to you, given my Kingdom's history with the institution. As you may be aware I recently renounced my right as Pharaoh to enslave foreign prisoners of war and, as chattel slavery has not been practiced in the Kingdom of Clysperis since the eviction of the Godless Soviets from our land, this event marks the formal banishment of slavery from my Kingdom. Indentured servitude has been declared incompatible with Ma'at and I've had the honour of hiring several former indentured servants and watching as their lives improved following the destruction of the chains that bound them. I have also declared, as High Priest of Every Temple in Clysperis, that slavery leaves upon the soul of the slaver a stain of injustice which will most certainly be addressed in the afterlife.

I know that my Kingdom has a complicated history with the institution of slavery and I recognize that I, myself, supported and enabled slavers such as the Tamorans in recent times. As I continue to help my People and Kingdom heal from our own history I wish to be a part of a solution to slavery, to see that a day dawns where no man, woman or child has to live their life in chains, robbed of their dreams and freedoms. To those ends I wish to propose a meeting between us, to establish some manner of cooperation between our nations and work together toward the realization of that day. I shall understand if you are skeptical, if you have doubts, but I hope that I may prove to you through virtue of my actions and the strength of my convictions that I am changed, that I am working toward justice and leaving a positive impact on the world we share, and all whose lives I may touch in one way or another.

Despite our nations sharing an extensive border we have yet to establish proper relations with one another. I apologize for this and take fault, as unfortunately in recent times I was forced to devote many of my attentions to the internal affairs of the Kingdom. With that being said I believe there is much which could be gained by our Peoples and Nations through the establishment of formalized diplomatic relations, the exploration of economic opportunities in connecting the Gulf of Safraen to the Gulf of Auraxis, and promoting broader peace and stability within our region.

I have no preferences as to whether we would meet within the Kingdom or your own nation, I merely welcome the opportunity to speak with a fellow Midaranye Head of State who breaks the usual mold we've seen in our neighbors and believe there is much we could accomplish together for our Nations and Peoples. "We're probing," came a word in the room, the din of 1,000 keyboards in the background. The Pharaoh had authorized cyber operations against Royal Seleucid interests online, and she wasn't wasting any time. RS infrastructure, companies, corporations, the local dog catcher's web site, were all on the attack board. "Wait," a word came, "we've a few vulnerabilities here." The Directorate continued to probe along, awaiting word for one massive attack that would overwhelm RS officials in the response. "Log it and prepare an attack spectrum, then look for more" came the word from the commander.

It's war, but with no casualties, no living bodies anyway. Just code, code that could bring a nation to its knees.

In another room General of Armies Intef was reviewing options for a "kill option" on King Heydar. "Let us hope it doesn't come to that," he said upon reviewing intelligence. "However, the Pharaoh has labeled King Heydar an existential threat to the Kingdom of Clysperis. If she wishes him dead, we will see him dead."

Rokkenjiman culture has long enjoyed the interest of the world which we here at the Ministry for Economy, Trade and Industry think is super cool! From the successes of artists such as Dethklok, Babymetal and Ghost, our strong presence in consumer electronics and gaming, fashion, manga and anime, as well as Rokkenjiman fashion we here at METI recognized that we need to do more to keep fans of Rokkenjiman culture more connected, and involved, with our unique culture. While new music is coming, a refresh of the present console lineup is in the works, and our friends in Abstergo are hard at work on their next iteration of the AbsterGO platform, we're pleased to announce some in-person events in the near future!

Babymetal are set to embark upon their first tour in New Derusmia, while Cool Rokkenjima will be on the ground in Metria  for a display of Rokkenjiman fashion, cuisine and other delicacies! We have also worked with Derusmian broadcasters to bring to New Derusmia the Rokkenjima Animation Network, showcasing the best of Rokkenjiman animation such as Sailor Moon, Sword Art Online, Inyuasha, amongst four other shows in an initial rotational run! We so look forward to seeing all of you in person and to sharing our love for all things Rokkenjiman!

This is only the start of our efforts here at Cool Rokkenjima! We're of course looking forward to events in Tytor which has a sizeable Rokkenjiman diaspora, as well as Dartfordia!
