Adopted by the General Assembly on 16th February 2017

The General Assembly,

Recognising that the Andean Genocide is a crime

Concerned that despite high profile arrests and investigations no one has yet been brought to justice.

Eager to bring closure to the survivors and those effected.

1. Demands the trials for those charged and currently in custody begin by the end of February.

2. Commands nations to co-operate with the trial process.
