BACKGROUND (W.I.P)
[/b][/u]
Artyomov's foundation story is mostly unknown but it is known that it was born in the response to the threats of the North. After the North calmed down, the Nation found itself as an Empire until the early 1900s, where 3 revolutionary figures changed the nation into a Communist State. It had stayed as a communist nation until 2018, where they became a semi-presidential federation after economic issues, violation of several human rights and an infamous scandal.
Lead by President Maxim Ivanoff, Artyomov has strived. They have a strong love for weapons, spirits and other things.

Culture Of Artyomov
Artyomov has a very rich culture. Some staples of the culture are the Arts and literature, Architecture and cuisine. A lot of the culture has been influenced by its location in the frozen north of Mundus. Many significant people in the culture of Artyomov include Basil Chalkan (1510-1574), Yugo Pushkin (Poet, Philosopher, 1634-1712) and Tekla Kore (Inventor, 1799-1898)
Cuisine
Artyomov's cuisine consists of a lot of red meat, bread and grain, potatoes and similar vegetables, soups and spirits to wash it all down. Significant meals include Pirozhki, Blinis, Chebureki, Shashlik and Sсhi. Alcohol is very popular in Artyomov, being the home of vodka. Vodka is special because it does not freeze in the coldest of all places. Not even the Rigerian wilderness can freeze it.
Art and Music
Artyomov's Music and Art history is very big. Classical Music is very popular, thanks to the Domashny Ensemble, a military choir. Famous compositions include Kalinka, Grabitel Polka and Time to Move on. Modern music ranges from pop to rock to electronic (Hardbass especially). Art has been very important to Artyomov, with it being extremely big on propaganda and classical art. Artisans usually come to Artyomov to work because of the materials there
Science and Technology
Artyomov is very big on Science and Technology. Artyomov makes 1/8 of its electricity from nuclear energy, after all. It has also been known as the home to the Kalashnikov Rifle. Artyomov has also got a large number of nuclear warheads in storage, incase the time arises. Vehicles have been made to survive the Rigerian wilderness, from the lowly sedan to the large tank.

Inside the Rigerian Wilderness, lays a city that is known for it's freezing temperatures and isolation from the big cities. It is split into two parts: The Common City (For the normal workers) and the Red City (For Politicians and Royalty). The city sits near the site of Polyskaya, aka The Zone: An Ex-nuclear power plant that exploded, irradiating the area and killing the inhabitants. This city is called Tishina City, or the City Of Silence. It is the home to Saint Blinska Cathedral, Zashchitnik Military Base, Anatoly Shopping Center and A direct line to Polyskaya.

VDV unit before deployment
The VDV are Artyomov's elite military Branch. They consist of the toughest soldiers and pilots of the Artyomov Ground Forces and Aerospace Forces. They specialise in aerial deployment, lightning warfare, both long range and close quarters combat and survival.
Initiation
The VDV initiation is known to be brutal and dangerous. All members chosen have to be serving the Aerospace Forces or the Ground Forces. The first stage focuses on survival: A 14 day camp out in the Rigerian Wilderness. The soldiers are deployed via airdrop, with only a survival kit, Tokarev Pistol and their survival instincts. They are forced to fight of bears, wolves, the elements and insanity. If they survive, they then go into the second stage: combat. They are put into a fake scenario where the opposing force has secured an area, which then has to . The final stage involves stealth: The operative must eliminate an enemy without detection, while in a complex full of traps, guards and other issues

The Rogue State of Chernya
(http://euromaidanpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/isis.jpg)
The Rogue State of Chernya is a wasteland. After it was used for nuclear tests (which are now unknown if they are happening or not) in the 50s, around 60% of the land mass was rendered into a wasteland. The land was disregarded by the Artyin Government and left behind. In the mid 80s, a group of defectors left and found a safe place in the wastes, also known as the Zone. They then began to provide defectors with a place to stay. Eventually, they began to believe that Artyomov was a threat and they needed to be eliminated (Which is false Artyomov the best place on earth). Some defectors found a large cache of weapons and ammunition, as well as vehicles. After an attack on the Ural Museum in Shapka in the early 90s, they declared a war on Artyomov. Since then, there have been 2 large scale wars, the first resulting in an absolute flogging from the Artyomov side, the second still ongoing
