Khyat (Capital City)

Population: 6,909,833
History and Culture: The City of Khyat hasnt been a city since quite recently. In this area the were a lot of smaller cities that have been starting to form since around 1200, When the Vaguzians colonized Phuebra in the 15th century, the populations of these towns started growing rapidly and the first cities in Phuebra started to form here, despite this all though, the Vaguzians mainly focused on making complete new towns at the coast which left the Khyat region relatively untouched by Vaguzian culture. The Cities kept growing so much under Vaguzian reign that by 1912 the cities merged with each other and the name of the region became the name of their city. Because the Southern Cities have always been very Islamic and the Northern Cities very Buddhist, there can still be a clear divide in the city, the Northern Neighbourhoods being Buddhist dominated and the Southern neighbourhoods being muslim dominated, overall the city is exactly 50% Muslim and 50% Buddhist. When in 1953 Phuebra gained Independence, Khyat was made the Capital City of the Buddhist Republic of Phuebra and in the new republic, The Free Federal Republic of Phuebra, Khyat was once again made capital. Although the city being exactly 50/50 divided in Muslims and Buddhist, Khyat still has a more Buddhist culture, there can be found Buddhist temples in every corner of the street, even in the 100% Muslim neigbourhoods, this has been result of year long indoctrination and discrimination towards the Muslims by the Buddhist regime, the new elected Government has been talking about decreasing the Buddhist temples in Khyat and create a cultural quota so that Islamic and Buddhist culture will be equally divided in Khyat.

Baarya

Population: 1,398,093
History and Culture: the second city of Phuebra and also one of the more newer cities. The city was founded in 1933 by rich Vaguzian business men who bought this cheap piece of ground to set their tea and coffee companies here and ship their products from here to Saburi from where it would spread all over the world, this is why Baarya is called the Tea City by some. When the City was founded, many Phuebrans came to Baarya to find a job, the rich Vaguzian companies abused this and were essentially treating these Phuebran workers like slaves, they barely got any money and it is assumed that around 20,000 Phuebran workers in Baarya have died between 1933 and 1952 due to starvation, working conditions or even sometimes lynching by order of the Vaguzian businessmen. When in 1953 Phuebra became independent, Baarya had around 665,987 citizens and was rapidly growing because of most jobs at this point being found here. Up until the civil war this city was the most progressive, rich and business friendly place in Phuebra, now after the civil war Baaryan popular culture is being heavily influenced by Quentelia because of a lot of Quentelian soldiers being stationed here and a lot of Quentelian businesses looking to invest in Baarya. The city majorly Buddhist culture dominated but there can be found some glances of Islamic culture as well.

Liberville

Population: 388,000
History and Culture: This city was founded in 1568 by Vaguzian colonizers, it was made the Capital city of the Vaguzian Colony of Phuebra and most Vaguzian ships arrived in this city. The city was mainly inhabited by Vaguzians for a long time , but since 1917 Liberville started to industrialize which resulted in a lot of Phuebran workes moving to Liberville (most of them being Muslim), most of these workers started living in slums outside of the Old Colonial City Centre of Liberville. When in 1953 Phuebra became independent, the Buddhist Government tried to move a lot of Buddhists to Liberville to get rid of the Muslim domination in this are, it resulted in massive riots and eventually the Government decided to stop the project. Nowadays its the city in Phuebra in which Vaguzian culture is seen back the most, mainly in the cuisine and architecture. It was also famous for being one of the cities that was the hardest fought over in the Phuebran Civil War, the city was seen as an epicenter of Islamic extremism.

The Hills of North Aschardei
It was a very sunny day in the hills of North Aschardei, this Islamic region of Phuebra was under strict control of the Islamic rebels during the civil war, although Quintelian and Vaguzian troops managed to control this region somewhat, in the more rural areas of this region Islamic rebels had made the way for Islamic militias who now used the fields in these hills to grow coca plants and opium, they were heavily armed and managed gain quite a bit of control over this region with the money they earned with all these drugs. The coca plants were turned into cocaine in this region as well in different big labs hidden in these jungle, after the coke is produced, it gets smuggled to other countries by boat and plane. But now something had gone wrong, the Tamorans discovered 4500 pounds of cocaine in their ports and they had found out it came from Phuebra, this had infuriated the leader of the Militia, Faisal el-Javed. "DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS MEANS RAAFI?!" he yelled to his right hand Raafi al-Nazar, "i am sorry Faisal, the captain fucked up but we still managed to get 6000 pounds into the country" "You dumbass, this is not about economic or financial damage, the Tamoran government now knows that we are smuggling drugs into their country, and i can assure you that there are agents of theirs underway right fucking now, and i am pretty sure that the Tamoran government doesnt ask nicely like the Vaguzian or Achkaerinese, i want this area completely secured 24/7, i want to know the name of every person that comes in or out, do you understand Raafi?!" "Yes sir i understand ill be on it immediately!"

Khyat, Ministry of Justice
It had been a busy day at the Ministry of Justice in Khyat, after the reports that drugs from Phuebra is being smuggled into Tamora and possibly other countries in Mundus, the Ministry of Justice had immediately been looking at this, and now General Mutammam el-Wakim walked into the office of Minister of Justice Chhoub Sothear. "Good evening Minister Chhoub i am here with the reports of the Army and Military Police about drugs production in Phuebra." Minister Chhoub greeted el-Wakim and told him to have a seat "So enlighten me please about the situation right now" "Well to summarize the reports, we are quite sure that the drugs is produced in one of the Islamic Militia controlled areas, either somewhere in North Aschardei or South Deikhsaach, but we think North Aschardei because the area is much more suited for drugs production, considering its full of mountains, hills and jungles, its quite easy to hide." Minister Chhoub listened carefully "which militias are active in North Aschardei?" he asked General el-Wakim "Well there are a few small ones but it is essentially mainly the Free Phuebran Army and the al-Wahba militia, the al-Wahba militia is mainly left-overs of the Islamic rebellion who are now hiding in this area, we suspect this militia are the ones behind this drug trade as well, considering we know many members of this militia have been either arrested or suspected for drug-related crimes." "Is it possible to get the army into their area?" "well, sir, to be quite honest with you, i think that is going to be hard, both the Prime Minister and President have said the focus is now to make the touristical areas with temples and beaches safe again, and that leaves us with not enough men to just go into these areas, we know that this militia is armed to the teeth and the area is very hilly and rural so this will essentially be a suicide mission, for now i suggest we just send some scouts to find out more for us." But this murder of our brave soldier also showed us that we have lost control of the situation in West-Moreland, the last year the WMRA has rapidly been growing in numbers and also have rapidly expanded their territory, despite us already have made West-Moreland one of the most militarized regions in the world. We can also not let this murder be unpunished, which means our cabinet and Generals have come to the conclusion that the only way to take back control of West-Moreland is a large scale invasion, which is why on this very moment our airforce have started bombing important WMRA-spots and safehouses and why on this very moment a big part of our army is moving towards West-Moreland, we declare our country in Security Code 4 of 6, which means that we call up all reservists as well. I understand that you worry about your sons and daughters now who might are being sent to West-Moreland now, but these are special times, and the first time there will be war in our own land since the civil war, but i have full trust in our soldiers and i am sure that this measure will make our country safer and will normalize the life of West-Morelanders again. Devereux was really pleased with what the East Morelanders offered "this sounds like music to my ears, as we all can see this situation is rapidly escalating, and considering its our border region it only sounds reasonable if we work together on this, so its also my believe that only if our border controls and special forces work together well that we can prevent this from ever happening again and also to keep both our militaries save in the future. Our countries have infamously always worked together so i cant stress enough how sorry we are about this incident and i hope we can now continue our historic great relationship again."

Doqadis
It was a busy day in Doqadis, it was a Monday which meant that the big market opened again and this meant that the streets were loaded with people. There was a nice atmosphere because on the market square there were loads of musicians playing Morelandish folk music. Doqadis was the epicenter of Morelandish and Cultist culture in Vaguzia (96% of the city is cultist and 85% ethnically Morelander) which is why its also the obvious capital city of West Moreland. Besides it being the epicenter of Cultist culture tho it was also epicenter of West Morelandish terrorist activities and the Vaguzian military right now have practically no power or say in the city and the WMRA basically has full control over it, this was visible in the streets, on the square you could see armed WMRA soldiers everywhere and through the whole city there were armed WMRA soldiers patrolling. Most of the city also support the WMRA, out of very recent polls it became clear that at least 75% of the city was somehow supportive towards the WMRA, through the whole city you could see wall paintings insulting the Vaguzian King and Royal family and also insults towards the Vaguzian military. While people were walking through the crowds to get to one of the shops in the markets, a black van drove towards the square, while the driver was yelling to them to get out of the way in Morelandish.

When the van had reached the middle of the square armed guys who had covered their face walked out of a fan with what looked to be Vaguzian soldier kept prisoner. They now gave the prisoner to the masked guy with a megaphone and he forced the prisoner to get on the van with him now. He now started speaking to the thousands of people at the square "Brothers and sisters, i have great and historic news for you, here i have a whoreson named Miguel Alarcón." the masked man now took off the bag that was covering the face of the prisoner and you could indeed see the face of Private Alarcón, his face was heavily beaten up and he looked emotionally broken. "Considering both the Vaguzians and Achkaerinese havent replied to our demands, we have no other option than to show the world that you dont olay games with Morelanders!" the masked guy now grabbed a knife "This will only be the first of many whoresons if Vaguzia keeps on occupying our lands, long live West-Moreland and Helus!!" and as he said that he cut off the head of Alarcón and held his head up so the crowd could see this, soon after he did this, the crowd started celebrating it and chanting "death to Vaguzians!" while WMRA soldiers shot with their guns in the air.

Soon after music was started being played and people were celebrating in the streets, waving with East Morelander, West Morelander and WMRA flags, witness of this all was spy Philippe Chhaya, who also served in the beginning stages of the Phuebran civil war, but what he witnessed now shocked him, he walked along with the crowds in the streets and chanted "we fight for Moreland and Helus, death to Vaguzian" so he wouldnt draw attention but he had filmed it all with his special glasses that had a camera and he was about to sent it all to the V.I.A.

Devereux opened his suitcase and put down pictures on the table "So on these pictures you can see multiple people trying to pass the Vaguzia-East Moreland border illegally, we found out this was happening a few months ago, so we started tracking these people who were passing the border and then at the day of the incident we saw a change in the pattern, we saw that the guys who were illegally crossing the border, were wearing weapons, so this is as you understand where we had to intervene, we rapidly called the military to send a patrol there, and when our men got fired upon, they sadly forgot to contact us or the Morelandish troops passed the border in all chaos and hectic, which is why from now on will immediately communicate to the EM military when there are patrols being held near the border. But besides excusing us to you we would also ask you for help and like to inform you with worrying news. We do want something in return though, as you may know, our country is blessed with thousands of ancient buddhist temples, this gives us the chance to be a very attractive country for tourists, the problem is that because of the civil war, we have a bad image now, and barely any tourists dare to go to Phuebra now, so i hope you could help us in promoting travelling to Phuebra in your country, and then we will make sure that the touristic areas become a safe area, perhaps with your military help we will succeed in this. Prince Théodore was sent to Northfort for the MICA meeting because Vincenzo had become very ill a few days ago and considering Théodore had done some Diplomatic stuff earlier, it wasnt expected to give him any difficulties. The stance of Théodore and the Vaguzian government on this was clear: The Rokkenjimans are not welcome and we will do everything in our power to not allow the Rokkenjimans to be permanently in the illumic, in the opinion of Vaguzia the 3RA plan had to be redesigned as well because the Conglomerate couldnt be trusted if they allowed Rokkenjimans into the Illumic. The car had now arrived at the royal palace and Théodore walked out of the car and thanked his driver. He now entered the palace and saw that the Grand Duke and representatives of the Conglomerate had arrived first. He first walked towards King David "Your majesty it is a pleasure to see you" he said in his fluent Morelandish to King David, the same he said in fluent Morelandish as well to the Grand Duke of Bakkermaya, at last but not least he greeted Dentar "Ms.Dentar, it is a pleasure to meet you."

West Moreland, 2 miles from the East Moreland border
It was a cold night in the Morelander alps so the soldiers patrolling in the area putted on their winter jackets "for Izra's sake, why do we have to patrol this middle of nowhere place in the alps?" Sgt. Gomez said, "apparently there have been spotted a group of 5 passing the border illegally, we need to look out for them." Cpt. Valverde replied. "Why would anyone living in East Moreland ever want to illegally pass the border to Vaguzia? Our social services are completely shit compared to East Moreland and our minimum wage is also lower." "Yes that is exactly why this is very weird and why we should look out." Pvt. Lennon was aiming his gun through the trees looking for movement "how long ago were they spotted?" "1 hour ago so they cant be far." Valverde replied. The group now walked deeper into the wood and nearer to the East Moreland border. "We are now 400 metres from the border, they cant be this close from the border can they? They must be miles away now." Gomez said and right after he said that shots were fired upon them "shit its a fucking trap, get to cover!!" Valverde yelled. The 7 soldiers hid behind the different trees while trying to look where the shots were coming from. Soon Pvt. Lennon spotted that they were getting shot from 40 metres distance eastern direction, he aimed his gun to the direction of where the shots were coming and soon saw one of the guys shooting, he didnt want to kill him so he shot him in the knees and did the same to one of the other attackers, meanwhile Cpt. Valver moved closer towards the attacking while constantly going from cover to cover, he then came close enough to have a proper aim and shot one of the attackers down with a shot in the chest and neck. The attackers were shocked by the overpowering of the Vaguzian military and now dropped their weapons with their hands in the air, Valverde and his men now ran to the attackers to put them in cuffs, "on the bloody ground you stupid assholes" he yelled to them. As the attackers were forced on the ground, the Vaguzian soldiers grabbed everything they could out of the pockets of the attackers while the attacker shot in his knees was taken care off. Valverde looked closely at the documents he found in the pockets of the attackers "well, this is very odd, they are East Morelanders, Lennon ask them why they would illegally pass the border and shoot at us" Lennon (a Morelandish Vaguzian) followed his orders and asked the attackers why they passed the border illegally "all they are saying is that they will avenge their Cultist brothers." "okay, we will give them to the Intel, maybe they can get some information out of them."

Headquarters of the V.I.A., Saburi
Head of the V.I.A., Jean-Christophe Devereux, had gathered his highest ranked people together because after the news of the East Morelandish attackers had reached the V.I.A., Devereux started to sense that something was really wrong here. "men and women, thanks for coming, i have some very important stuff to tell and remember that everything i am going to say now is highly classified and will remain in this room, understood? So well to get to my point, tonight our Infantry have arrested 4 East Morelanders and shot down 1, they passed the border illegally and attacked our men who were trying to find them. When we searched them in all our systems, we found out that these guys all have a criminal record in East Moreland, two of them have served prison for beating up Vaguzian tourists in Northfort, one of the tourists being still in coma three years after the incident. But now it gets interesting, one of the attackers gave up as reason for beating up the Vaguzian that he would never allow blasphemous Izraïtes to visit the holy city. What is also very interesting is that in a house search that the EM police did at the house of one the attackers, they found a non-registered Kalashnikov and a Warriors of Helus flag, so we have serious reason these guys have ties to the Warriors of Helus, the only question that remains now is what were they doing in Vaguzia?"

West Moreland, deep in the woods of the Morelandish alps
Julien Farrugia was sent by the the V.I.A. to the West Moreland to find out what weapons the WMRA had and was getting, and how they were getting them. After he had been following a group of WMRA militia member he now found himself deep in the woods of the Morelandish alps around 100 metres from the WMRA members. He looked with his binoculars to see what was going on, he saw two jeeps stopping in front of WMRA and out of the jeeps stepped 10 men, all armed with Kalashnikovs they were yelling some thing at the WMRA members and then signed them to follow them to the car. Julien now slowly walked closer to the scene to hear what they were saying, when he was around 10 metres of the scene he hid behind a tree and started listening to what was going on. "You sure you werent followed?" one of the jeep guys asked to a WMRA members "No i am sure of it, now fast, show me what you maffia pigs got for us." the supposed maffia guy now walked to the back of the jeep and opened the tailgate, Julien now carefully tried to look what was in the jeep, he could vaguely see 4 objects that appeared to be small missiles "well here i have 4 beautiful SMA-9 missiles for you, and another 4 in the other jeep, they are all 8 military tech so not self made but a beautiful piece of Vaguzian military tech " "how the heck did you get that?!" one of the WMRA members asked "not gonna go in detail, but lets just say the Maffia here in Vaguzia has connection up until the very top of the government, but it doesnt matter, i would like my 5 million$ now." "of course, us Cultists always stick the deal my friend" as the WMRA member said that he got handed a suitcase by another WMRA member and he opened it so the maffia guy was able to see the money, he then closed it again and handed it to the maffia guy "nice doing business again my friend." "same my friend."  the missiles were now loaded out of the car and putted in trucks that the WMRA had brought with them, Julien now could see them very clearly and could also see that these were indeed SMA-9 missiles "hell, what are they up to" Julien now got his camera out and filmed the missiles being put in the truck. "time to sent this stuff to the V.I.A."

The raining seasons had just ended in Phuebra so now the sun was shine beautiful over the city Khyat that was slowly rebuilding itself again now the civil war had ended, although a lot of the classic Vaguzian 18th century boulevards cant be saved anymore so the face of Khyat was definitely going to change a lot the next years. Prime Minister Sharaf bin Zaahid was standing in front of the cabinet palace, awaiting the first foreign leader to visit Phuebra, Sheikh  Ahmad al-Afifi, Ahmad al-Afifi enjoys both supporters and haters in Phuebra, the muslim and manist community of Phuebra love him because they see him as the leader of the Islamic/Manist world who is taking on the big bad countries. Meanwhile the Buddhist community hates him for just being Manist. The Buddhist hatred for al-Afifi could clearly be seen because around 10,000 Buddhist were protesting in Khyat against his visit to Phuebra, the protesters were holding signs saying "Stop Islamic and Manist influence" "Dont make Phuebra and Islamic puppet state" "Make Phuebra Buddhist again". But the al-Afifi would most likely not even see the protesters, the Vaguzian military and the Phuebran new formed police were keeping the protesters aways from the Cabinet office.

The car of al-Afifi drove from the airport to the Cabinet office and on the route also was the Muslim neighbourhood, here thousands of people were awaiting him with Tamoran flags and applause, it was a big street party and the people really did their best to welcome the Sheikh in the best way possible. After it had went through the neighbourhood, it arrived in the Government district and of course finally the Cabinet Office, here bin Zaahid walked towards al-Afifi "Salaam Alaikum, my friend, i hoped you enjoyed your little drive through our capital city."

Dangers and difficulties you will might face travelling through Vaguzia
Vaguzia is a wonderful country and you should definitely visit Vaguzia but it most also be said that Vaguzia is not a perfect country and has some flaws, here we will explain you which dangers and difficulties you will might face when travelling in Vaguzia

-It is not advised to talk about politics with your taxi driver, a huge part of taxi drivers are extreme Izraïte Nationalists and wont appreciate hearing any opinions that they dont agree on
-Please when visiting one of the bigger cities like Saburi, Domanti and Poletygesus, keep in mind that not all neighbourhoods are safe, when you want to enter one of those neighbourhoods you will first need to go past a checkpoint but we strongly advise you to not enter one of these neighbourhoods, shootings happen here daily and they dont care if you are a tourist or not.
-Please if you have visited East Moreland before, keep in mind that Vaguzia might be a little be shocking, you will a see of poverty and people begging for money (except for in Vallis) do not give these beggars money, they are very likely to part of a gypsie gang, so by giving them money you are investing in a criminal industry.
-As stated earlier, please watch out for the gypsie gangs and mafia gangs in the big city, they sometimes will rob you under the threat of weapons.
-DO NOT visit the province of West Moreland, this province is basically a war zone right now with the Vaguzian military clashing with the WMRA on a regular basis.
-When enjoying the nightlife in Saburi or Domanti, please pay attention, prostitution is strictly illegal in Vaguzia and this has caused a situation in which a lot of strip clubs are actually brothels in secret, so how to spot the difference between a strip club and a brothel? Nowadays a lot of strip clubs call theirself a comedy or cabaret club, where as most brothels call theirself strip clubs.
-When you are going to visit the holy city of Vallis be aware that you will need to pass two checkpoints, the first checkpoint, your visa and passport will be checked and at the second checkpoint your whole car will be checked for drugs, alcohol, weapons and bombs. On average these checkpoints will take around 4 hours to pass. Please understand the purpose of these checkpoints, Vallis for a long time has been forbidden to visit for non-Izraïtes, only since 2011 it has been opened for tourists, but it still remains a holy city and a big target for Islamic, Manist and Helusite terrorists, so this is the reason the checkpoints are so strict. Also be aware that it is illegal to wear any kind of religious symbols in Vallis that are non-Izraïte (such as Hijabs, Niqaabs, Burqas, crosses, kippahs etc.) this could get you 2 days of cell.
-You will see a lot of military when travelling in Vaguzias but please keep in mind that you are not allowed to take pictures of them without permission, most soldiers really appreciate it when you ask them for a picture so dont be afraid to ask, If you do take a picture without permission, you could get cell time till 2 weeks.
-You are not allowed to take pictures of government buildings without asking permission from near by soldier first, if you do it without permission you could get 1 week of cell

Prince Vicenzo, Prince Théodore and Admiral Viviano De Bernardo had arrived in Porthsworth on the HMS Mhorish, the ship that had served in the Phuebran civil war and also one of the most famous ships in Vaguzia. The Vaguzian navy had been the cripple kid of the Vaguzian military for years, but times were changing and the Vaguzian government has improved naval spending massively, this ship being one of the results. Prince Théodore was a naval man himself and he held the rank of Lieutenant in the Vaguzian navy, Admiral Viviano De Bernardo was the commanding officer of the navy, officially HMS Elisabeth was his ship but for this occasion he made a exception and lead the HMS Mhorish. Prince Vicenzo wasnt a military man at all and dodged compulsory military service (the Vaguzian people still dislike him a little for that and), and this was his first time on a military ship, and he was feeling that because he started to feel really sick and started vomiting in the water while the ship was heading to the port "Vicenzo are you doing wel?!" Théodore asked. "Remember me to never set foot on a ship again, for Izra's sake hurry up with getting the ship into the port!" Vicenzo yelled

The ship had now finally arrived at the port, and Vicenzo now almost ran off the ship "May the gods be praised, LAND, NON MOVING GROUND!!" he yelled as he set foot in Porthsworth, while Théodore and Viviano calmy walked off the ship. "Well Porthsoworth is nice i see but its still not quite Saburi is it?" Théodore said "Nothing as good as the ports of Saburi my lord." Viviano replied as they were looking for familiar faces. And in all of sudden Vicenzo started to feel really awkward "oh shit i see two faces that are likely going to make this a very awkward situation" he said as he was looking to Celine and Yuki.

The temperature in Vallis was absolutely killing, it was around 42 degrees celcius in Vallis and this was tough for the Royal Guard who were awaiting the arrival of King Andrew III. Prince Théodore was awaiting King Andrew III at the airport and was also suffering from the heat, he took a little bit of his plastic bottle and he pulled his long hair back so it wasnt blocking his sight. The plane of the Seaforthian delegation now landed and drove to the place where the Royal Guard was awaiting them. As King Andrew stepped out, the Seaforthian anthem was being played by the Royal Guard and soon after the Seaforthian anthem they started playing the Vaguzian anthem and after this saluted the Seaforthian King. Théodore walked towards the King and greeted him "Sorry that we have invited you in the middle of Vaguzia in the middle of the summer, the weather gets a little crazy, but i think the beauty of Vallis will make a lot good, i am Prince Théodore, honoured to meet you."

In these times of world tensions, it is important to reach out to other nations, and your country has been one of the countries that we have had minimal contact with, this i find very weird, because when you think about it, our nations have a lot in common, both heavily influenced by Helusite culture (even though we also have heavy influence by Izraïte culture). Our countries are also one of the biggest military and economic powers in Mundus, which is why it would be good to talk about economic, military, diplomatic and cultural relationships, which is why i and the Vaguzian goverment would be honoured to invite you to our capital city Vallis.
