To: Lìosa Càidh,
Chair of the Cross Straits CommissionHaving reviewed the amendment and the terms of the proposed Cross Straits Space Exploration Agreement, we have determined that they are acceptable to the DNSA and to the Empire of Daitō as a whole. With our own programs ongoing, we believe that international cooperation will allow for a greater presence for all our nations in Low Mundus Orbit and beyond. Furthermore, it is our belief that the former WARSAW space station,
Spetsnaz, could in theory serve as a building-block for this agreement, should the facilities aboard prove amenable to being modified from their original militaristic purpose for use as a platform of scientific discovery. An international village in outer space, as it were.
Come what may, the proposal has, with the recommendation of the DNSA, been formally approved.
His Majesty, Daitō Ten'nō
