To - President Min Tae-joo
Having seen recent reports of the flooding and associated issues in Djabidjan I am contacting you to offer the following support from the Kingdom of East Moreland.
1. We have a system of Global Pre-Positioning Ships (GPPS). Part of their duty is to store supplies of fresh water, bottled water, ration packs, medical supplies and various other item needed should East Moreland troops need to operate anywhere in the world. We have one in the Krimeon region which could divert to your nation. We would make all food, water and medical supplies onboard avaliable to your relief effort as soon as they could be off loaded.
2. Also onboard the ships are the Watly
Water filter and energy generation systems that are usually deployed as part of military forward operation bases. We would like to also offer these to your nation. Currently there are ten onboard the GPPS however we can have a further forty in your nation within 24 hours if permitted to fly in.
3. We are members of the Joint Emergency Team, a multi-national NGO established to deal with natural disasters and humanitarian operations. We will divert our J.E.T. resources to you immediately. This includes around 800 aid workers and associated equipment. We believe we could have these underway within 48 hours. Also with your permission we would ask for a mobilisation of all member nations assets to deal with these floods.
4. I understand you are seeking to establish learning centres. I would like to extend an invite to Melissa Lusk to extend the Refugee University network to your nation for the considerable future. This is a network of online learning and pre-taped lectures in various languages that allow registered students to submit coursework to an accredited institute. While this may be only able to cover Higher Education we believe that the network could be a useful resource for some.
5. Should the need arise I would be happy for the Royal East Moreland Air Force to operate medical aid flights to East Moreland. We have a facility known as Hunters
Vale which is a converted former Air Force base that has a history of housing large numbers of refugees. The facility includes a hospital and we would be willing to take any requiring serious medical care there, along with their families.
6. Finally should you feel the need for extra boots on the ground I would be willing to put the Rapid Reaction Force from Duke Legion at your disposal. Around 6,500 Legionnaires are currently in this force and could be used to conduct a variety of operations from helping to reopen roads, distribute supplies and other associated roles. We would also be able to send their various support assets such as helicopters and transport aircraft.
We place all these options at your disposal and standby ready to help however we can,
May the Gods Watch Over You and Your Nation Know Peace.
King David III of East Moreland.
