We shall place an immediate halt on the production of these aircraft, however in the meantime we have experienced out of pocket expenses. Therefore we shall be forced to charge a penalty fee of 1.5% per cancelled aircraft, this amounts to $1,275,000 per aircraft and therefore $8,925,000 in total. As a gesture of goodwill however we shall hold this as a credit note for two years meaning should you make any other EMAC Purchase the total of $8,925,000 shall be removed from that price. After two years the money shall be considered forfitted to EMAC.
