Imperial Ulrichshorst Armed Forces

"Gott Mit Uns"

Official Song: Lore, Lore (Im Wald, im grünen Walde)

The Imperial Ulrichshorst Armed Forces are the military forces of the Ulrichshorst Empire. It consists of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard. The Kaiser is the commander-in-chief of the Imperial Ulrichshorst Armed Forces and forms military policy with the Ulrichshorst Office of War ministry (Reichswehr) and Ulrichshorst Office of Security Service (OSS), both departments, acting as the principal organs by which military policy is carried out. All five armed services are among the seven uniformed services of the Empire.

The Imperial Ulrichshorst Armed Forces are one of the largest militaries in terms of the number of personnel. It draws its personnel from a large pool of paid volunteers. Although conscription has been used in the past in various times of both war and peace, it has not been used since 1992, but the Selective Service System retains the power to conscript males, and requires that all male citizens and residents residing in Ulrichshorst between the ages of 15–25 register with the service.

THE IMPERIAL OATH

I swear: I will be faithful and obedient to the Emperor of the Ulrichshorst Empire and people,
Franz Ferdinand, to observe the law,
and to conscientiously fulfill my duties, so help me God.
