Revocation of Achkaerin's Peacekeeping Role The Republic of Lakhzovia is currently undertaking direct military action in the Transmecuria region of our country following confirmation of the use of the nerve agent sarin in a barbaric attack on Lakhzov civilians by Utman separatist forces.
This situation was only able to occur due to a campaign, spearheaded by Achkaerin, to bind the hands of our nation on the pretext of protecting civilians from a supposed threat of "genocide" at
our hands. Despite our assurances that our actions were aimed solely at preserving peace and guaranteeing the safety of all who inhabit the territory we were accused, without any supporting evidence, of planning to commit a crime against humanity.
Tragically events have vindicated our government and while it is now too late for the residents of Tamsdin we have resolved that no further deaths of innocent Lakhzov should be allowed to occur at the hands of the Khaliniz Brigades. We are now engaged in an entirely legal, justified war against a terrorist group that has declared open, genocidal war on our people.
The Peacekeeping Mission has failed, Achkaerin's legacy in our land is of having been an enabler of crimes against humanity. We no longer consider Achkaerin to be a reliable partner for peace, nor do we consider Achkaerin to be a nation who's intentions we trust.
We therefore terminate, effective immediately, Achkaerin's peacekeeping mission. Achkaerin's troops will remain in Somerset and will not enter Lakhzov territory. We are exercising our sovereign right to deny Achkaerin any sort of military access to our country, territorial waters or airspace.
Any violation of Lakhzovia's territorial integrity will be considered an hostile act of war and responded to accordingly.
