Hello, wonderful.

As you're likely aware Rokkenjima has bid to host the headquarters of the MAEA, which I understand has a storied history with the Kingdom. I know the decision for you is not so cut and clear and I recognize the political situation surrounding it, but I wished to inquire as to what I could do which would see the Kingdom reach a point where it could re-consider its decision regarding the Agency. I believe in the mission of the MAEA, as I'm sure you do as well, so bringing those concerns to a close and seeing the Kingdom join us in the MAEA would be a wonderful development.

I hope that we can both work together to resolve the concerns of your Government and move beyond this impasse.
