so when i created my nation kostuna i wanted to create a empire but i did not want a Psychotic Dictatorship. is there any way to just make it a dictatorship or not,

If it helps what the computer says you are in NS has zero impact on what you are here. We all find the stats and ratings on NS a little too unstable, unrealistic and unpredictable to use in RP.
