Every year the island Duchy of Wellow hosts a round the island boat race the start of which is officiated over by a guest of honour. This year Duchess Anna of Wellow would be deeply appreciatiative if their neighbours to the North would come and take on this role. It would also be useful if the three of us, yourself, Duchess Anna and me could meet to discuss relations between us. Around 40% of those on Wellow, the Duchess included have Paracambian ancestory and would therefore see establishing some kind of link between us as important.
