A Dialogue with Champagne and Vodka (Krimeon & Némérie)
« on: December 09, 2018, 09:57:39 PM »

To:- Ministre d’État May Beckett

It is with great tdings that the Tsardom of Krimeon wishes to re-ignite the ties that has existed with the Principauté de Némérie, both Royal Families of Gough-Petrov and Grimaldi facilitating connections based on the principles of French language and culture, which is arguably among the finest Mundus has ever known to, as well as the Krimeonite and Némérian passion for upholding the banking secrecy of its clients, an unwritten code which has decisively strengthed the trust coming from foreign peoples who wish to safeguard their precious capital from the greediest of socialistic hands.

There are topics and interests that one might want to discuss and share, but these are the two main ones we had in mind:

• The establishment of embassies in our respective nations, with both financial issues taken care of by the Tsardom, showing good intentions and seriousness from our part to uphold relations and create a goground of mutual trust and assurance.

I hope this generous offer is considered and that we may visit the Principality in the near future.

Dyogtin Mikhailovich
Prime Minister of the Tsardom of Krimeon

Prime Minister or officially, Chairman of the Krimeonite Government, Dyogtin Mikhailovich was looking forward to meeting a fellow colleague who happened to belong to one of the few principalities still left in Mundus. It would have been perfect if His Serene Highness Tsar Viktor Gough-Petrov were to have come along, but alas when catching a cold disrupts planned pleasantries. In any case, it was about time that a Principality were to meet the Tsardom, it was important after all to maintain contacts whom one had common interests and agenda.

Of course, considering the Némérian airport wasn't yet finished, the Krimeonite plane had to land in nearby Vaguzia, which no one really took the pleasure of doing so, mainly due to the overwhelming stench being emitted from somewhere, someone, whatever, as well as being greeted by the grotesque sights one had to endure. With the only comfort of a drink and a parfume-infused napkin, the Prime Minister quickly exited the place and entered the vehicle.

The vehicle convoy was ordered to speed up as fast as possible, to get itself across the border; Mikhailovich, taking a quick look on his notes decided to rest his eyes before the expected meeting. It didn't take too long to reach the Ministerial Palace where Minister of State May Beckett and her people waited.
