We at the Centre of Oceanic Research And Learning (CORAL) were intrigued to see in the East Moreland media your proposal to open an "Ocean School". CORAL itself is a similar concept that has been up and running for a little over two and a half years now. Furthermore judging off your remarks in the same article we share the same desires and reasoning, therefore we would like to invite you to tour CORAL's Achkaerin facility and to talk with our teachers, cadets (students) and other personnel should you wish to, we on the CORAL board of trustees also believe that establishing a link between your proposed school and CORAL may be beneficial in the long term.
