Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tyrrieg

To the Government of Arstotzka,
Rashidun wishes to invite the Government of the The Democratic People's Republic of Arstotzka to Tyrrieg to discuss expanding our two nations relations. We are looking to expand trade and build a strong friendship between our two nations. In Rashidun we wish for you to attend a meeting with myself, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. I'm sorry you can not meet with Prime Minister, Saladin, but he is currently away on state business. I hope you will consider meeting with us.

Yours Sincerely,
Adel Al-Jubair,
-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Rashidun

Dimitry Kaminsky - Head of State

Kaminsky received a letter, dropped in a pile after one of his guards poured a pile of notes on his desk, the look of frustration on his face to read the entire library of letters on his desk, a usual site of his readings is either fan mail or mail bashing his terms as a leader of Arstotzka. Hours on end was to just read letters and reply, and sometimes sign an autograph at times, sometimes to a point where his pen runs out of ink. A letter stuck out from the pile, a wax paste sealing the envelope, his first choice of one of many letters...

He was surprised by the note, he quickly acted by taking out an empty memo, a pen, and began writing

DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ARSTOTZKA

To the Rashidun Government,

I have received and read your letter regarding relationship establishment. We are more delighted to visit you to discuss a relations, as it is better to have relations with your neighbors rather than across Mundus...

Best Regards,
Dimitry Kaminsky - Head of State

The wheels of the plane screeched against the runway of the airport, slowing down as it continued onto the runway. Kamsinky experienced his first time on the soil of Rashidun, a country without relations between Arstotzka for years, despite the countries ideological differences, they were determined to have good relations. Dimitry stood up on the couch, finishing his last amount of wine from his glass, fixing his tie and suit, awaiting beside his guards to exit out to meet his counterparts. The jet stopped, toward stairs with guards between a carpet, conveniently placed for Dimitry Kaminsky's arrival. The light blinded Kaminsky from a prolonged amount of time spent in a jet, sitting with closed windows, yet to adjust to the light in the unfamiliar country, he slowly stepped down onto the carpet, with Abel-Al Jubair awaiting at the end of the carpet...

The Person waiting in the Airport saw a private jet slowly land, The Man waited patiently for Mr.Dimitry to adjust to the atmosphere, As Arstotozka and Rashidun didn't share same atmospheric style, Parallels even.

"Ah, MrKaminsky, Its a pleasure to finally meet you, You might have been expecting Mr.Al-Jubair, But alas i ordered him to take on another task, Oh where are my manners, I am Salahu Al-Deen, Or simply Saladin, Prime Minister of Rashidun, Welcome to our country." As he finished greeting his Arstotzkan counterpart he simply guided the leader outisde fhe Airport to find a horde of journalists, Saladin simply told Dimitry to quote, 'Smile and wave'.

Finally reaching the ceremonial car with escorts surrounding it, And so they begin to move to the Tyrrieg Official Ministry building to conduct the meeting with the foreign leader.

After what seemed to be an hour of driving and chatting with the President, The car stops infront of the building that's going to host the meeting, Yet again the leaders are guided inside to a room with two comfy looking chairs, With their nation's flag behind them and a table infront of them, Ready to conduct the meeting.

"Nice place you have here, glad you can welcome a someone as significant as me in one of the best ways possible." Kaminsky sat down on the chair, with Jubair following also. "Now, I thank you for requesting me to personally meet with you Mr. Al-Jubair. Plus, this is a really good time for a meeting like this giving the current situation going on in Lahkzovia right now, my first question is, what will we do as both countries when Lahkzovia's tensions break with Utman and a possible conflict takes place within borders of Utman and Lahkzovia, especially a scenario like that going on right against both our nation's borders, plus, Lahkzovia we all know is a nation known for their genocidal wars throughout history, heavily sanctioned by most of Mundus, which means that'll make us a large part of this situation giving that we are neighbors with both these countries. What I also want to know is about potential relationships between Lahkzovia, which the stronger the relationship between them is, the large they will take part against us in this hypothetical war." He explained to the man across from him...
