An Invitation to the Signatories of the Mundus Convention on Universal Rights

To the signatories of the Mundus Convention on Universal Rights,

It has come to the attention of the Department for Foreign Affairs that, despite the success of the Mundus Convention on Universal Rights in promoting and protecting the rights of millions of citizens around the world, there is no formal, internationally-recognised body that has the power to enforce the Convention. We would therefore like to invite you back to the Royal Northern Convention and Exhibition Centre, Churchill, Littlebrook, the birthplace of the Convention, to build upon our successes and resolve the issues we face.

Honorable Mr. Lanky,

Having been interested in signing the Mundus Convention on Universal rights, we wish to hold our possible application and attend any such meeting to discuss a enforceability clause by a international court. While most of the Convention falls in line with Cascadian ideals and morals, there are several clauses that are unenforceable by the Cascadian government upon its citizens and member states by our national government, thus making the prospect of enforcement by a international court quite worrying to potential signers such as ourself.

With this in mind, we wish to attend said conference in a observer capacity with the goal of better determining our position and possibly rectifying our issues with the convention.
