The plane has started to descend, and the King and his supposedly mistress climbed down the stairs. As per usual, cameras flashed everywhere but the welcoming committee is not their since the journalists are Quintelian. He waved them off and started walking towards the terminal.
"This is actually beautiful. I wonder why they were isolated. This is a paradise!" The King said to Sofia Allena. They went straight into a heavily tinted limousine. Quint Maps, an app for navigation, didn't work in Sinirisi because satellites were not allowed to take pictures of it during its isolation period. Luckily, they have hired a local driver to the Silsisisa.
The local driver was, of course, an employee of the Triarchs and therefore was the official escort for them to the three leaders of the Free Nations. She was a woman of fair skin and eyes of Silver Gray. She gave them a smile and invited them into the Impala. Afterwards, she drove them away from the airport and gave them the first ever look of the country on the ground at a speed of 60 kilometers an hour over the highways towards the Triarchs residence and office, the Silsisisa.
It was only a short trip across the Mhorish and the King had enjoyed twining this meeting with a chance to spend time with the men and women onboard REMNS Cylon, the Marines onboard were heading for Ui Cenneslaig for an exercise and David had spent time talking with them and joining in some of their firing drills. The King was in mid magazine when Will Buckley, his security agent arrived and stood patiently watching the King fire at the target at the opposite side of the rear deck. As the King finished his last few shots, put the safety on his weapon and put it down ready for the next shooter Will stepped forward. "Your Majesty we're within helicopter range" he announced and the King noticed the helicopter crew standing by for him. "Thank you Sergeant" he shook hands with the Marine NCO running the shooting and took his jacket from Will. Seeing the King coming the helicopter crew took up their seats and the rotars began to spin, David found it funny that Will placed a protective hand on the Kings head as they hunched slightly as the blades began to whirl. David had been in and out of helicopters all his life and was probably a more experienced flier than Will. The King strapped himself him but that didn't stop a Naval loadmaster checking and giving the pilot a thumbs up they headed off.
As they approached the coast the King watched the new country whizz past outside until he felt the aircraft go into a hover and touch down. The King folded up his head set, went and thanked the aircrew and then strode down the rear ramp. Spotting the waiting car the King and Will made their way over and got in, "Perhaps you can take us the scenic route" the King asked as he waited for the driver to set off. The King enjoyed an hours journey around a nation he was keen to learn more about and as they arrived at the venue he stopped to thank the driver for his input before looking for a welcoming committee of some sort.
The welcoming committee was composed of ten Sirinisian soldiers and twenty Sirinisian servants of the Triarchs. Five of them were male while all the rest were female. They all gave the King a low nod and a smile. The soldiers saluted him sharply and their squad leader, who was carrying a beautifully decorated version of the Galil, gave them the order "SISIRIRA, ALALA RAISAI! Soldiers, at attention!" And they all moved into attention.
The servants then proceeded to do their own thing, approaching the King and presenting to him a large necklace of flowers and scented herbal leaves.
To: First and Second Triarchs, Alsial Kodiko and Soa Ustalius
Greetings from the Holy Empire of Achkaerin, otherwise known in some areas of Mundus as the frozen north, we are a nation that is always open to cordial and peaceful relations with all nations and are always looking to establish new friendships. It is unfortunate that due to other matters I shall be unable to visit your nation in person at this time, though I will hope to do so in the future. I am however confident that my sister Princess Esme and my niece Princess Cerys will be more than capable of representing Achkaerin in this matter.
Signed
Emperor Peter Azurewind
Esme was feeling a little bit nervous she still wasn't completely used to the idea of being on official Royal duties, something she'd given up on years earlier but the Goddess's seemed to have a weird sense of humor, she'd never imagined doing this. Sirinisi looked like an interesting place so far and this was just the airport, plenty of greenery. She was accompanied by her eldest child, her daughter Cerys, she did have son but it was the school year and Jack really couldn't afford to miss school especially not so soon after the academic year started. As for Cerys well her university year hadn't started yet hence why she was free to come along.
"First impressions?" Esme asked
"Not bad." Cerys said "So where are we meeting these Triarchs?"
"The Silsisisa." Esme said "Whatever that is. Let's go find the ride to wherever and whatever that is."
To the Emperor Peter Azurewind of Holy Empire of Achkaerin
As the Second Triarch of the Free Nations of Sirinisi, I am happy to say that I shall welcome your sister and the princess to my nation. May you be blessed and I hope to see you soon when you are free to come and meet us all face to face.
My regards,
Soa Ustalius
The Second Triarch of Sirinisi
There was a grand line of Impalas waiting for them. Their drivers were all out of their vehicles, eager to greet their visitors.
Before them was a green Impala and a young woman who would be their driver. She smiled at them and told them
"Welcome to Sirinisi! I am your driver, Kikirajaja, and I shall escort you to the Silsisisa."
Archbishop Lauricella was happy and relieved when Triarch Ustalius suggested some drinks and snacks, which he clearly was craving after such a long travel. "Haha yes, thirst and hunger has overcome my senses after a long journey, do serve me the finest your nation can offer. But do escort us to the city!" The Archbishop followed the Triarch to one of the vehicles intended to bring them to Sisisi, which was supposed to be one of the more exciting capital cities in the region he was currently in. "So do tell me..." the Archbishop said while entering the vehicle, "What are the plans of the three Triarchs for this nation in the long run, you being one of them of course?"
Soa could not stop laughing and smiling at this one. She liked this Archbishop already! But quickly as she came to greet him, she of course regained her manners and said "Well, very good. I shall ensure that you will be fed until you are full and that you will have enough to drink. And as for the question..." She gave it a thought and smiled mysteriously
"Let's just say that it's best to talk about it when we're no longer in the car~"
