LETTER TO ALL OF MUNDUS

To all leaders of Mundus,

In recent years Stål has been at war with itself. Now there is an uneasy peace between the provinces and I President Bjørn Thurinson call upon Mundus for any spare resources they have. Our people are starving, cold and houses have been bombed out. But I demand that you do not over give, we are not a charity. If you would be so kind as as to send a some volunteers to help rebuild our fallen country, it would be greatly appreciated.

Other than that if you do come to Stål, you will be treated with open arms and a warm smile.

We here at Caritas Sutherland, due to our system of Catholic values are utterly horrified by the thoughts of what Stål must have had to endure. As a neighbour of Sutherland, we wish to help contribute to any form of Stålsh peace for the sake of all peoples. Hence why, it is my honour to announce, that we will begin to establish Stålsh Caritas centres in Kølsbard and other areas to help the relief effort. With a concoction of our aspirations to follow God's peaceful light and abundance in resources, we hope we're able to rebuild Stål to it's fullest potential.

In Acknowledgement of Stål's Request

His Excellency President Bjørn Thurinson of Stål,

We are deeply saddened to know that the people of Stål are enduring such conditions, however, know that the Syndicated Confederacy of Himeyama has heard your call, and is willing to answer it. With your permission, we have assets from the Himeyan Airborne Defense Service and Himeyan Naval Defense Service on standby to immediately begin assisting in humanitarian efforts, which include medical supplies and services, as well as the construction of temporary shelter and the reclaiming of damaged infrastructure.

In recent times, it seems Mundus has grown indifferent to the suffering of their fellow man, but the Himeyan government is willing to help in any way possible.

Other than that, we would be glad to visit your nation; and I will be personally attending any diplomatic meeting you wish to set up.

The people of Stål and Himeyama can look forward to a strong friendship in the near future.

Statement from the Achkaerinese Government

To President Bjørn Thurinson,

Achkaerin believes firmly in helping others suffering under circumstances such as this because if we were in that position we'd want others to help us. It concerns us that Stål is in need of assistance and we are prepared to offer what assistance we can though I hesitate to mention that such assistance is unfortunately nowhere near what we would like to offer due to our country having recently thrown an awful lot of humanitarian aid into operations in Nya Aland in the city of Uppsala, consequently our resources are somewhat drained but we do still have some capability. We can make available personnel experienced in this type of situation on both engineering and medical sides and if necessary one of the Achkaerinese Navy's medical vessels for treatment purposes if that is also a concern.

On behalf of the Order of Mountjoy's specialist humanitarian unit, the Raphaelities, I have been authorised by Knight Commander Lascelles to offer our services. The Raphaelities are a group of some 20,000 individuals who recieve military style training but choose not to carry weapons and instead serve in medical, engineering, construction and various other roles suitable for humanitarian operations. We would be willing to have up to 10,000 of these individuals made ready to work in your nation on various projects. As the unit is run on military lines it can be prepared to deploy at extremely short notice and therefore we can have our vanguard in your nation within the next 48 hours.

I have been further permitted to meet with you in person if required.

DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF ARSTOTZKA

To the government of Stal,

We have been completely aware of the concurrent conflict of resource shortages happening in your nation. Our observations show that your country is in dire need of international assistance, which Arstotzka will not ever hesitate to ever do so in times of distress and shortage. We have developed a list of humanitarian resources sent by the government of Arstotzka and is composed of mainly food and drinks for people in need in Stal, to provide for them hopefully for months to come, and including medicinal supplies for the sick.

The list includes of:
6,000 tons of food and water split 50/50
2,000 tons of medicinal supplies

 These are our contributions for Stal as of now, which is considered a dire necessity for people especially in Stal, especially in the time of war. We hope this contribution can help the people of Stal for a temporary amount of time.

A Message To The Government Of Stål

President Thurinson,

Earlier today I called upon the Imperial Council and the Imperial Diet to discuss the circumstances presently facing Stål as well as any measure of assistance the First Empire is capable of providing. Rokkenjima has long believed that Ardian states have a responsibility to look out for the well-being of their continental neighbours, rising to the call for action and enabling them to stand upon their own feet. To these ends the First Empire recognizes your present situation and is prepared not to disperse aid, but begin a partnership with which Stål may build from.

Rokkenjima possesses assets in the Krimeon region, such as vessels and aircraft, which have been authorized to engage in operations geared toward the dispersment of food, medicine, as well as temporary housing solutions which are being provided by Abstergo as a bridge to rebuilding that infrastructure which has been lost. Furthermore, Rokkenjima has long maintained an emergency fund known as the Developmental Assistance Fund which increases the access to capital for those states in need. These funds are often used to rebuild critical infrastructure such as roads, schools and hospitals. Should such assistance be requested I can direct you to our Ministry for Foreign Affairs to work out the terms for a long-term, low interest loan which may be repaid once Stål has recovered from its present difficulties.

Women and men based from Tienanmen may also be made available to assist with efforts on the ground. Of course, only that which is necessary to place Stål on a firm footing will be sent. I am certain that these joint efforts will enable a lasting recovery. Upon your reply we shall be preparing to develop a package of aide which best meets your needs.
