I do not believe our nations have ever formally met, something which is a shame there are after all many reasons for this. However my historians tell me it may be the case that someone of Himeyaman ancestry may have met someone of Achkaerinese ancestry back in the 1600's. I would therefore like to extend to you and whomever you choose a formal invitation for a state visit, I advise you wrap up warm as it's a little cold up here in the North. I do hope you will accept this invitation to establish strong relations between our two nations.

It's quite incredible, I think. We've been sat at the same table on more than one occasion, just meters apart from one another. Further down the line, Himeyan and Achkaerinese troops have met on the battlefield. History has a habit of rubbing us together, doesn't it? Yet the amount of times Himeyama and Achkaerin have sat down together for a one-on-one discussion is embarrassingly low.

"Feels nice to get out of the house sometimes, don't you think?" Shiina chuckled happily as the Akatsuki flung itself through the layer of clouds that blanketed Shidarekawa. "Wouldn't know, this is the first time you've let me get some fresh air since we went to UC." Chair of Science Kang-Min Jang said with an exaggerated pout. "Oh hush, rocket man." Shiina snapped back jokingly.

Akatsuki was well on its way to Valtheim for some long-required talks.

The Achkaerinese Emperor Peter Azurewind sat in the large living space of the Marble Palace, his shirt off so that the royal physician Doctor Maddy Dale and Nurse Zoe Croft could check on the status of his artificial arm, this happened on average once every three months now as it had been around eighteen months since the attack that had done the damage.
"Just slowly rotate your shoulder Peter." Zoe said, while Peter was sat on the sofa Zoe was kneeling on the sofa next to him so that she could check on the muscles, Maddy meanwhile was crouched in front of the Emperor watching intently. "It still feel good?"
"I've got used to it." Peter said "It does feel like I never lost the arm, right up to the part where I set off every metal detector at an airport. Though on the plus side I've got a pretty hefty right jab now."
"Don't use it." Maddy said

"Peter" the Foreign Affairs Advisor Nettie Taylor said stepping into the area as the medical exam continued "You have to see this." she handed the Emperor a copy of a Free Mundus Network article
"Put it on the agenda." Peter said, this was going to be a long day wasn't it? "Who's picking them up?"
"I convinced that cousin of yours to do it." Nettie said
"Which one?" Peter asked
"The youngest." Nettie said
"Good." Peter said
"We're done." Maddy said
"How's it look?" Peter asked
"Solid." Zoe said she slid her legs down so she was now sat next to Peter, Maddy handed the Emperor his shirt which he pulled on and started to button up with his left hand, this had been one of the interesting experiences having lost his right arm and therefore his dominant hand - having to learn how to do things left handed.
"How long?" Peter asked
"They land any minute it's about half an hour after that." Nettie said

At the airport Ashleigh Whitaker stood waiting, she'd been sent to do the welcoming because Peter was busy trying to spread the diplomatic responsibilities out from the usual suspects, the hilarity was this had been so effective that the usual suspects hadn't done anything for a while. She saw the plane land and saw the Himeyaman delegation approaching
"Premier Musashi welcome to Achkaerin" Ashleigh said "I'm Ashleigh Whitaker, the Emperor's cousin, he sends his apologies at not being able to greet you but his doctor ambushed him, I've been asked to escort you to the Palace."
