To the Principality of New Zion,
Despite being separated by thousands of kilometers of Illumic waters, we consider New Zion to be our maritime neighbors. And, the Federation of Valokchia is considering its re-emergence in diplomacy as Danilo Pejic has already planned summit with our northern neighbors of Seaforth, and what better way for me, Dimitry Kaminsky, to request invitation to New Zion City to discuss the strengthening of ties between our states, as well with the rest of the nations within the continent of Alba Karinya. I am planning a wave of diplomatic missions that will hopefully try to bring a sense of peace and unity in the international stage of Valokchia and despite tense situations regarding the Borland separatists and Tamoran involvement in Zimalia. But, I am assured that my request to New Zion and other nations bordering it will create an opportunity to establish great relationships between Valokchia and Alba Karinya...
