We would like thank you for the invitation to send observers and we would like to confirm that the Tamoran Empire will be sending three dozen observers for the referendum. The Foreign Office will hand the details and cost of their accommodation, travel and stay.

The Kingdom of East Moreland has taken part in numerous referendum across Mundus. We are more than willing to take part in the observation of this one and will be sending a detachment from the Royal Logistics Corps who have been part of the last few referendums that we have done. This delegation will be headed by Major Alex Redfern, a man who has a wealth of experience in this kind of procedure. We hope that your referendum passes without a hitch.
