Biography | The second female Premier of Cascadia, Minerva Todd comes from a middle class family in Victoria. Though a seemingly unstoppable force in domestic policy, she had never served in the military and has limited experience in military foresight outside of her positions as Governor of Victoria and Premier of Cascadia. |

Biography | Having met Minerva in college as classmates, James grew up from a poorer family in Harbordale and won a scholarship to the prestigious South Cascadian University. Upon graduation, he elected to join the Cascadian Air Force as a officer, and flew F-21 Bobcat's from 1999 to 2012, retiring as a Lt. Colonel upon his wife's election to the Governor of Victoria. The two had a daughter, Millicent, in 2006. |
