I'm not a doctor, but look after yourself lads.
Make sure you keep in contact with friends, get a good amount of sleep, eat 3 decent meals everyday, spend an hour to unwind, keep fit and drink water.
I don't know any of you on a deeply personal level, but I've pissed around for a bit with you on discord, and I have enough empathy to want you lot to be ok.
Currently, there is a decent sized problem with mental health and whatnot.
You probably don't need this, but if you did for whatever reason, talk about if you want to.
