Now that the Ecclesiastical State is out of the picture, I Princess Elizabeth II on behalf of the Principality of Krimeon, would like to make the case for a potential admission of us in the Conradh na Náisiún; noting that the requirements to enter such an alliance is quite demanding and requires relations that the majority of the members feel it's warm and friendly, this sincere message is to bring about inspiration and consideration until the right time arrives.

Krimeon's population of 23 million inhabitants cramped in a country which is worth 18k km2 and lacking natural resources resources and raw goods, save for fish, may be discouraging. But what we may lack in size in both categories, we make up for among the freest, most innovative, most competitive, most dynamic and most business-friendly countries on Mundus; our successes can be attributed to foreign investment as a result of its location, skilled workforce, low tax rates, advanced infrastructure and zero-tolerance against corruption.

Our other pride is the fact that we're among the most multicultural countries on Mundus, our city constitute among the premier gateways for legal immigration to the continent of Ardia throughout the centuries as a result of our unique history, as many as 800 languages are spoken in Krimeon City as well as nearly 38% of the population is foreign-born, coming here to seek liberty and peace. Krimeon has thus has emerged as a global node of creativity and entrepreneurship, social tolerance, and environmental sustainability, and as a symbol of freedom and cultural diversity, which we can see that the CNN is built upon.

We're well aware that actions matter more than words, as evidenced throughout the years it has been emphasized in times of crisis and distress, which is why that the Principality of Krimeon is willing to work alongside the honorable members of CNN in various situations to gain the neccessary trust and confidence in our country. It is our wish that once the right time comes, the Principality will be a considerable candidate for membership; We hope that this message will soon receive a fast reply, thanks in advance.

The Queendom of Lodja at this time can not support the admission of Krimeon into the CNN. When we established the CNN we did so as a group of nations brought together through several ties of friendship. When The Ecclesiastical State where admitted they were after a series of initiatives to bring them closer to the four existing member nations. The CNN is, unlike past historical alliances, based not on what nations believe they can offer but on how they work alongside existing members and it is promising to hear an intention for this to happen.

STATEMENT REGARDING POTENTIAL NUCLEAR WEAPON DEVELOPMENT

2018 was a momentous year for Mundus by way of the fact that for the first time in around 70 years the prospect of a world free from the potential horrors of a nuclear war was a reality. By the end of March 2019 the final East Moreland nuclear weapons would be safely decomissioned seeing out their life making cups of tea rather than destroying cities. We now have reason to believe that Slava Lavosk are in the midst of a nuclear development programme, thus making this nuclear free world a short lived one. The nations of the CNN believe that in 2019 there is no need for any nation on Mundus to posses such weapons, which are also against the Uppsala Convention. As such we request Slava to put this matter to bed by allowing a team of inspectors from either the CNN or if prefered an organisation like TUNA. I would urge Slave to co-operate, as Achkaerin and Rokkenjima discovered the issue with owning nuclear weapons is that once it is even suspected that a nation posseses them any launch of a missile thought capable of carrying them must be treated as a nuclear launch until thought to be otherwise. As such this means should Slava launch any missiles towards Tamora or other Midaranye nations it is likely to be considered potentially nuclear and this can not be permitted.

Until such a time as the CNN can be reassured that this nuclear programme does not exist we shall be taking the following measures.

1. Use of non-invasive surveillance techniques to monitor and search for likely activity.

2. Flights of EM Spotter aircraft to patrol the edge of Slava airspace.

3. Combat Air Patrols equipped with Spearhead II missiles and RAPTOR pods to escort said aircraft ready to respond to any threat of a nuclear launch.

4. Jekar's Shield Missile Defence systems to be moved to the Celtic Protectorate with the system also offered to Royal Seleucid, Tamora and Socram but only if commanded by Morelander forces.

5. The positioning of Ui Cenneslaig Destroyers armed with RIM-161 missiles in the Gulf of Auraxis.

6. All CNN nations to agree to cancel or halt the sale of any equipment capable of being used in the process of creating nuclear material to Slava Lavosk.

The nations of the CNN do not wish to view Slava Lavosk as an enemy and believe any nation should have the right to pursue a nuclear energy agenda but now have reason to believe this has gone too far towards a military project. We call upon Slava Lavosk to halt any programme, co-operate to reassure the international community and ensure that the future of Mundus as a nuclear weapon free world is once again a real prospect. As such East Moreland is willing to allow a representative from Slava Lavosk to witness the decommissioning of the final East Moreland weapon and to tour our nuclear facilities to confirm that they have halted their own nuclear weapons capability.

Following the nuclear test by Slava Lavosk we officially ask members of the CNN to support the following should attempts to bring Slava Lavosk to talks fail.

1. A task force to deploy to the Kyne.

2. A trade ban on Slava Lavosk.

3. The opening of Commonwealth of the Unified Iwi naval and air bases to other member nations.

There have been reports in the media that a natural disaster has befallen Noobia. This has resulted in a high number of deaths as well as homelessness. With that in mind East Moreland has already begun moves to mobilise its Joint Emergency Team assets to respond. We have also approached the President of Noobia in order to seek permission for military assets to be used in support of the operation. We would like to utilise Ui Cenneslaig ports and airfields in order to speed up the response. Additionally as the CNN are perhaps the most experienced organisation when it comes to using our armed forces in a humanitarian capacity, I therefore believe a joint CNN operation would be more useful. I therefore request that fellow nations add their assets to our own in order to ensure a speedy and well resources response.

Additionally we will be setting up priority road access up to the border with Noobia until such a time as they open their borders to allow aid to cross into their nation.

The Commonwealth of the Unified Iwi are concerned that Ui Cenneslaig has seen fit to support a nation that has violated international law and attacked Maori vessels. While we appreciate that the Cenneg have treaty obligations to the Celtic Protectorate we have concerns about them providing intelligence to the Seleudic on our movements. We formally therefore request the CNN to place on the Cenneg an obligation to send no further support to the Seleucid.

Additionally as our nation are being targeted by OPEN for sanctions we wish the CNN to place sanctions upon Royal Seleucid.

At this time Lodja does not feel it is appropriate to place sanctions on Royal Seleucid. The Seleucid are no angels however we believe that entrenching both sides does neither good. A point must be reached where this centuries old hatred between the two is put to rest. In recent years Bakkermaya and Lodja have begun to build a friendship however this is despite us having fought over territory in the Alucard for close to a century. While I do not imagine Seleucid and the Iwi sharing the same friendship ourselves and the Bakkermayans have developed I believe that a mutual co-existance in peace should be strived for and that this is not possible.

We do stand willing however to send naval assets to the Commonwealth to help protect their sovereign territory from any attack by Seleucid forces or their friends.

At this time the Kingdom of East Moreland believes in supporting the Commonwealth of the Iwi in ensuring that there is no further attacks on its shipping. As such the Ekrabadger has been dispatched to the Southern Kyne to help support Maori anti-piracy operations. The Kingdom of East Moreland will furthermore utilise the Ekrabadger and a global pre-positioning ship to help supply the Paracambian Convoy system with fuel if required.

We believe this situation is one created by Royal Selecuid's lack of adherence to the FSC however we believe steps must not be taken to escalate the situation when it is clear the majority of the nations on Mundus do not support the Seleucid position on this matter.

Following various pieces of intelligence suggesting that East Moreland is preparing some kind of intervention in Ubriekkland the Ríocht de Uí Ceinnselaig calls upon our Morelander friends to brief the organisation as to what is occurring and their intentions. Should this be some humanitarian operation as we believe may be the case then Cenneg assets would be willing to support the operation in support of Morelander operations. Noting the movement of Lodjain vessels to get involved in the CoA potential operation in Merina the Kingdom of Ui Cenneslaig would like to offer its support. While it would be, at this moment, out of line for us to get involved in the CoA operation we can through both the CNN and TUNA offer our support. Therefore in order to free up more Lodjain ships for the Merina situation we would be willing to send a aircraft carrier and its escort to the Lodjain waters of the Alucard to free up capacity in the Lodjain Navy.

Following the recent attack that has taken place in Lodja the Kingdom of East Moreland believes that we should consider the moving of assets towards Lodja should the situation require it. As such I have today issued orders for an East Moreland Task Force from all branches of our military to assemble in order to be made avaliable for working alongside their Lodjain comrades. We furthermore will be doing all we can in order to assist in any operation to rescue Prince Isaak and the various Lodjain Ministers who have been kidnapped.

The East Moreland task force will depart home waters as soon as possible however will not enter Lodjain waters unless granted permission.

Endangering your own son, espeically one at such a young age, is an act of extreme depravity. The Commonwealth stands firmly behind its friends from Lodja and will lend whatever support we can. As such we will be accepting the Cenneg's kind invitation to base ships, aircraft and manpower in their nation should they be required. We hope these forces are not required and that Leopold Hamsik is soon brought to justice for the crimes committed against his own blood.

Over the last year or so the Empire of Aosta has on an individual basis sought closer ties to each member of the CNN. We have been impressed with the manner by which the organisation has worked together in order to try and support each other with their aims.

As such we would like to formally put on record our intention to apply for membership and as such would request guidance on the most potentially successful route to doing so. This is all of course assuming that as of yet we have no disqualified ourselves from membership. We believe our support of the search for the Morelander during the ongoing crisis in Lodja is a demonstration of the value we would bring to the CNN.

The Unified Iwi are today writing to our fellow members of the CNN to ask for your support in insisting that the Marseille military officer, Cartier, held by Achkaerin is handed over to the local government for trial on charges of murder. It is the right of every nation to see justice is done under its own laws for crimes committed to its people and on its land. We ourselves have seen how such crimes can impact a nation and we have taken steps to bring those against us to justice. The Uppsala Convention should be a tool designed to ensure those in conflicts such as ours, where a perpetrator has escaped justice for decades, are brought to justice on behalf of those who experienced the crime. We intend to in the next few days table an amendment to the Uppsala Convention to ensure that no single nation may rail-road the process and deny a whole nation justice.

To Fellow CNN Members

I write to you with a request for a personnel favour. With the East Moreland school holidays approaching for summer my daughter Rhiannon is due to have six weeks out of school. While I think it important a young person gets time to unwind I also recognise that Rhiannon is not an average child. She is a Princess of East Moreland and will one day be its monarch and still with your own successors to make decisions that guide the future of this alliance. I have already begun ensuring that she learns about cultures across Mundus but feel it important that she now see these first hand. As such I would appreciate it if you would allow Rhiannon, her best friend Evie (also aged nine) and their sword tutor Sir Charles Townshend to visit your nation for a week. During her visit I would be grateful if they could tour a little of your nation and meet some of your citizens, preferably on some kind of activity. Do not be afraid to give her hard work to do as I wish her to see the real Mundus and not just the Palaces. I myself sadly missed out on this part of a royal education and do not wish my daughter to make the same mistakes that I have done.

I hope that you can take part in this educational experience for Rhiannon.

We write to the HEads of State with a request of our own. In a recent meeting between several Celtic nations we have agreed to take part in a large scale military training exercise. I would like to extend an invitation to the CNN to also partake acting as an opposition force. We shall place soldiers on both sides allowing us to closer co-operate with our Celtic neighbours should we ever need to work with them. We would also be able to develop our co-operation with our existing friends in the CNN. The exercise would also act as a good oppurtunity to have our CNN partners meet and interact with our Celtic neighbours.
