Title: The Paracambian Kyne Convey System (PKCS)

Following the demands of payment of $250million by Royal Seleucid the Empire of Paracambi has what it fells are legitimate concerns regarding transitting traffic throught the Kyne Sea. As a result we are sending 4 Frigates and 4 submarines to the area to form the PKCS. Half of these assets will meet at co-ordinates rough mid east Kyne and will proceed to the Matilda Canals. The other half of the PKCS will make the same journey only in reverse. This system will ensure that any Paracambian flagged ship transversing the Kyne is able to do so with a military escort. We are also willing to permit vessels flying flags other than those of the Commonwealth of the Iwi, Royal Seleucid, Tamora, Pramoria  and Abuqiya to join the convoys. Additionally we would welcome nations not aligned with either side of this conflict to join with us to provide convoy escorts.  This system shall be in place until further notice. We request any vessel planning on taking advantage of an escort to announce it intention, therefore allowing our navy to keep a protective eye on it, we also ask any other nation willing to offer escorts to co-ordinate through our Ministry of Defence to ensure smooth operations.

The Queendom of Lodja has a system of allowing nations from across Mundus to easily acquire the Lodjain flag. As such we believe that there is every chance a significant number of vessels crossing the Kyne will be baring out flag. As such we think it is appropriate that our nation contributes to this convoy system. As such the following vessels shall begin heading for the Eastern RV point.

Frigates (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karel_Doorman-class_frigate) Cephut and Triskeles

These shall be free to be co-ordinated by the Paracambian Navy under approval of a senior Lodjain Officer.

Bakkermaya is committed to ensuring safe passage for all shipping in accordance with the FSC. As such we are willing to aid the system Paracambi have suggested, as such we will utilise the following ships to provide defensive convoys for all shipping except those flying the flag of the Commonwealth of the Iwi, Royal Seleucid, Tamora, Pramoria  and Abuqiya.

We shall also investigate ways of utilising Seahorse (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beriev_Be-200) maritime patrol aircraft as an asset to bolster the PKCS. We further would urge nations such as East Moreland, Rokkenjima, Achkaerin and others currently gathered or heading to the Northern Kyne to halt their build up of forces and better utilise their assets by joining in this labour intensive but worthwhile enterprise.
