Gowu is more than happy to abide by the route of the railway and terms of ARSE as discussed in the previous meeting. Given the points raised by King Finley we agree that a meeting at this time is not required and that attention should instead be focused on ensuring that there is infact a viable route for this railway because at present there is not as the following map of the potential network based around the proposals Gowu put forward at the earlier meeting indicate:
As you can see from the gold and orange lines (indicating parts of the network already agreed based on national commitment) we have something of a sporadic network with Bakkermaya, Ui Cenneslaig and Quintelia isolated due to other nations not being involved while the Ardian Peninsula in general terms has a connected network as commitments presently stand. As can be seen from the red lines it is apparent that to connect all the interested parties several other nations need to be spoken to. Therefore I would suggest that this project be put to the nations of Pardclinnia, Pretoria, New Derusmia and China as a matter of urgency as these would amount the targeted nations mentioned by King Finley, if they can be brought on board then we will have what would amount to a viable network based largely around the south of the continent but reaching up to the Horn of Ardia in the north and out to the Ardian Peninsula in the east. If this initial network were achieved talks around expanding the network to other nations could then be entered into but let us first establish that we have a viable route to work with.
