| Biography | Born to the former Princess Julia and Baron Mattias von Steiner in 1995, Arcie, like many other Cheseren, never knew the land she was born in. At the time of her birth, Chesera was a nomadic Queendom, never staying in the same area for more than a week's time. Her grandmother, the former Queen Heidi von Steiner, was just as strict as the Queens that came before her, never seeming to find a land that was suitable to settle in. And when her Grandmother died, and her Mother, now Queen Julia von Steiner, took power, the policy continued disregarding the protests of the common. Arcie continued to grow up in this nomadic society, and while the people seemed to hate the royal family, Arcie was viewed on as a symbol of hope. Her more progressive ideologies seemed to signal that her reign would mean a possible end to the old nomadic ways. A plot was hatched that on Arcie's 21st birthday celebration, poison would be slipped into Queen Julia's wine, causing her reign to end and Arcie's to begin. The plan was sprung into motion, and the conspirators succeeded in assassinating the former Queen of Chesera. Once the week of mourning had passed, Princess Arcie von Steiner became known as Her Royal Highness, Queen Arcie von Steiner of Chesera. Stricken with grief, the new Monarch vowed to make Chesera a better place. Her first act as Queen was to execute those who had caused the death of her mother. She then actively sought out a new Cheres homeland for her people to settle in. When they came upon the lands of Mundus in the late of 2018, Queen Arcie viewed this as potential, and sought out a suitable area. It was found in 2019, and she officially settled the nation there after. |
