This position is the highest position in the cabinet and when the ruling monarch is away for diplomatic visits, he would be the de facto head of government of Quintelia, although this does not mean they could override the cabinet. |
Ministry of Internal Affairs | Josepha Ladra-Buenarbe | Responsible for the maintenance of smaller divisions of the nation such as provinces, cities, municipalities, and barangays. The Minister decides how to divide the nation into smaller entities based on economies, culture, and geography. The Ministry of Internal Affairs administers and organizes the Quintelian Royal Police. Local elections, tribal conflicts, and local border disputes are also handled by this ministry |
Ministry of Treasure | Emmanuel Garcia | Responsible for handling the national budget, taxation, and provision of foreign aid. The Minister of Treasure can enact taxes and grants in a national level with the approval of the ruling monarch. Local taxes are handled by local government units, with the approval of the Ministry of Treasure |
Ministry of Foreign Affairs | Nora Sofia Aliena | Responsible for appointing ambassadors, delegating with foreign embassies, delegating with foreign companies, appointing representatives to international organisations, and handling of diplomatic visits. The Minister of Foreign Affairs can represent the nation in bilateral and multinational talks in the absence of the ruling monarch |
Ministry of Defense | Ronaldo Bato | Charged with coordinating and supervising all agencies responsible for guarding against internal and external threats. This includes the military and all its branches: namely the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard; national Intelligence services; and civil services such as the National Disaster Management Council. Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development | Domrique Pitpitungue | Responsible for promotion and advancement of economic development of rural economies. Research institutes focused on agricultural products are also under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development |
Ministry of Health | Francisco del Mundo | Responsible for providing proper healthcare and safety for all Quintelian citizens. The Ministry of Health is also charged with the regulation of drugs, food, and consumer products. Emergency powers can be granted by the King to the Ministry of Health if a national state of emergency is declared. |
Ministry of Education | | Responsible for providing free and proper primary and secondary education to all citizens of Quiintelia as well as free tertiary and vocational education to those who enroll. Curriculum management and scholarship provision are attached to the Ministry of Education. |
Ministry of Public Works | | Responsible for the construction of essential services such as waterworks, highways, railroads, hospitals, schools, and other infrastructural faicilities. The Ministry of Public Works usually works alongside the Ministries of Transportation, Health, Education, and Energy. |

It also accounts and manages people who immigrate to the Kingdom of Quintelia |
Ministry of Culture and Social Development | Emmanuel Soleimani | Responsible for the promotion of modern intangible culture, preservation of traditional intangible culture, and the management of museums, heritage sites, and archeological sites. It is also responsible for miscellaneous social support services for adoption and foster care, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and indigenous community welfare. |
Ministry of Teleommunications | | Responsible for the development and management of the telecommunications industry and infrastructure. It also manages and maintains net neutrality and provides internet and mobile coverage to remote areas of the country. |
