To All Foreign Dignitaries and Heads of State

You are invited to a state dinner and gala hosted by our Basellius after the recent time of unrest in our country to reintroduce our state into the region. We welcome all who can attend. Attached is an itinerary including a room at our most luxury hotel and 2 tickets to the gala event not including any security staff. The gala dinner will be hosted in 2 weeks time, with several events and rooms in the Purple Palace open for talks during this time. We hope to see you there and that we may be welcomed once again to diplomatic talks with your great nations.

The UEM is a small autocratic republic with ideals for a hedgemony of all people, led by a benign but all powerful state. The state focuses it's effort to the betterment of it's populace, and hopes to work with other countries to further it's goals. The UEM is a small, insignificant city state now, but efforts are being made to rise like Rome and other great empires to become a predominant power in the region. The UEM is no stranger to warfare, and a sizable amount of it's budget is spent of defence. We are more than happy to assist other nations from persecution and terror, and are a part of most international conflicts regarding them
