Biography	Sachim Kadassa was born in the town of Yatenz in Transmecuria during the time of the United Peoples' Republic. During his early years his family were forced to move Khalin by the UPR's agricultural reforms with his father  being put to work on construction projects where he subsequently died in a workplace accident. His mother struggled to cope with raising a family in the  increasingly difficult economic situation of the coming decades. In order to obtain better support for his family Kadassa joined the military where he was  noticed for his charisma and leadership skills eventually leading to him being  selected for officer training at the United Peoples' Republic Military Academy  in Herzilya. Having graduated he went on to become an officer in the Rossetiya Legion that guarded the desert and mountain borders to the east of the country,  eventually rising to the rank of Colonel, the only Lakhzov citizen to hold that rank. When the UPR began to crumble he refused orders to mobilise against his own  people and threatened a mutiny. He subsequently became a leading figure in the Lakhzov National Congress movement and was sent as chief negotiator when the UPR leadership sought a political solution to the crisis.  Finding no solution acceptable he walked away from negotiations and declared  independence for Lakhzovia sunsequently becoming the President of the  Lakhzov Republic.
