Queen Gamora though it best to personally welcome a the head of a country that they did not have so much official ties, even tought the Azarathian royal family members, especially Gamy, Shuri, Hiromi and Tara, have visited the country often, due to performing or attending concerts, or simply leisure travelling.
Now, Gamora was at on the tarmac of the city airport, next to the VIP terminal, with secret service agents of both countries working alongside each other, and with the host country now supplying the VVIP motorcade, that was lined up nicely.
Gamora had a few personal body guards around her, and also a few aides within a few steps of her. Gamora knew that King David whould not be there in person, she has been briefed and also gained a large insight on Morlander protocol, and looked up at the opening air craft door. She always got a little excited everytime she met somebody new or everytime she was visiting or welcoming heads of state or there representatives.
She was wareing elegant silk gloves currently, and was in a really elegant dress, and a equally elegant hat. She smiled warmly at the arriving PM. And waited until the Prime minister came over. "Prime Minister Henrietta... welcome to Azarath, i am happy that you have come. " She smiled at her, and if she was offered a hand shake, she would accepted. She then turned to the Minister of Defence, not really sure why a Minister of Defence was coming to a Housewarming party, but rolled with it. Either way, she also greeted him. " Sir Harry, welcome to Azarath... i hope your trip was turbulance free. " She broke into a wide grin and had a hard time not laughing.
She then listened to the PM and nodded gently, as she took the book, opening it carefully. It was a book of maps, and for a moment her face went sad and dark. She has been the leader of several wars, greatly shaping the last era of Azarath, it greatly pained her that she was responsible for some soldiers never coming home alive, but the survival of her own country was at stake more then one time. Gamora spend several seconds thinking deeply, before closing the book, with a weak smile. "Thank you, his gift is well recieved, and it is better late then never. " She smiled shyly and then as she saw that one of her personal aides moved up to her, she gently gave the female the book. "Come, Buckham Palace aawaits you arrival. " She said with a little more happiness in her voice, as thinking about the wars always made her sad and upset.
